Seriously... this hotel is truly comfortable for a staycation. From getting out of the car to checking out, the service is extraordinary. This hotel is very child and family friendly. The food is also really delicious. Bonus: getting such a beautiful view from the 10th floor 😭🫶🏼 I'll be back again.

Strategic location, close to everything. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel facilities are excellent, with a top-notch pool, gym, and sauna. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at Ijen Suites.

It was really fun, the staff was friendly and the hotel had a nice atmosphere.

I like staying here because the breakfast has a lot of variety, including traditional East Javanese food, snacks, and drinks. However, yesterday the breakfast menu wasn't what it used to be. Also, as 9 am approached, the menu items that were running low or sold out weren't refilled. Hopefully, there will be improvements. Everything else was fine, great.
