Bad review. This hotel has a strategic location, the room is okay for resting. The big minus is, when we haven't checked out and are still resting (at 6 am), why did someone enter our room using an access card? Another guest or employee, I don't know. Where is the safety and privacy guarantee for guests? This is where we are still in the room, if we were outside the hotel, what about the safety of our belongings? It would be very questionable. Please review it again, it's very unfortunate, even though I checked other reviews, many said it was worth returning to this hotel. I also didn't complain about the repeated power outages because I appreciated the advance information.

This was my first time staying here and I loved it. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a bolster, which is rare for a hotel to provide one. There's a noodle restaurant in the lobby. By the way, you must keep your ID card or driver's license with the front desk during your stay, or you'll be refunded a deposit upon check-out.

Close to the city center, but the room was a bit cramped and lacked amenities. There were no amenities like a coffee/tea maker, kettle, or water refills. The bathroom floor was cracked, but still safe. I once had a room that was extremely hot even though the AC had been on for over 30 minutes. After some protesting, I was able to get a better room. Cleanliness was okay, service was basic.

The hotel was quite comfortable, but unfortunately, when we asked about laundry at the front desk, they said no one would cooperate. Instead, we were told to look for it ourselves on Google Maps, even though we were just visiting and the hotel staff should be more familiar with the area.

Stayed at this hotel for the 2026 Surabaya Marathon. It's close to the starting line, just a short walk away. The hotel seems to be an older building, and parking is limited. The room was quite spacious, but unfortunately, there wasn't a refrigerator, making it difficult to keep cold drinks.

Yesterday, I booked this hotel using a car and motorcycle. Upon arrival, we were asked whether we were guests of the hotel or the gallery. We were guests of the hotel and were invited in. Upon check-out, a security guard suddenly asked if we had paid for parking, without asking whether we were guests of the hotel or the gallery. As far as I know, hotels everywhere offer free parking. Why does this feel like we're being pressured into paying for parking? It's not the amount, but the management's responsibility to ask whether we're guests of the hotel or the gallery. If the hotel does charge for parking, it should have been made clear upon check-in, not upon check-out.

Everything was ok, except for breakfast, the food didn't seem fresh, like it was leftovers from yesterday, so paying for breakfast was a loss, because it didn't get eaten.
