Why did the hotel accept our booking if they are closed? This is very poor customer service.

I stayed for 2 days. On my first day, I approached the front desk staff on my reservation under traveloka, paid already showed my travel voucher. However ,she needs confirmation to other staff. And it takes more than 2 hours before I checked in. On my second day before my check-out, I notify them to extend my stay. And I want to stay to a different room. Since I have an event to attend I was told that to leave my things and they will be the one to transfer my things. And it took hours before they transfer. Thats long after the checked in time. TV on my 1st room is quite not good and tv reception is blurred. Something wrong w/ the antenna. Room is comfy And what you see is what you get. Breakfast is good. Its just the service. And the waiting game. Im sorry.

+ Very near to sea port and is located within the city center. Room was dated but spacious and very clean. The bed was comfy. Free breakfast for the day was a choice between Filipino (tocino, eggs, garlic rice) or continental with brewed coffee or juice. - Would have been better if there were slippers in the room, free bottled water, and an extra blanket (blanket provided was only good for one person). Overall, would stay here again.

nice staffs. the area is spacious. there's no elevator and wifi. the hotel is near port.
