When tidying my room, the toilet bowl was never washed. The TV kept turning on and off with no signal. I asked for a room change, but the TV was still the same, with no signal and turning off halfway. The Wi-Fi was terrible. Every now and then I had to sign in again. After breakfast, back in the room, I still had to sign in again. The worst was being online in the room, the Wi-Fi suddenly cut off. Breakfast was terrible. Not having many choices is okay, but the food was terrible. It was still stated as NONYA breakfast. There wasn't even a nonya kueh there. I will never stay in this terrible hotel again.

A 5-star hotel located near Mahkota Medical Center. It's reasonably priced. My first stay in May was Rp. 500,000 for two people. This August, we got Rp. 800,000 + breakfast for two people. The place is clean, comfortable, and the food is quite tasty, perfect for my taste. 🙏

The staff asked for a foreigner tax of RM14/night upon check-in. They said it was mandatory, but I didn't receive a receipt or proof of payment. It's very close to Mahkota Hospital. It's an older hotel, fairly clean, but the rooms are a bit small.

I have been staying here almost every time I go back to Melaka. For those looking to go to Melaka for both medication and vacation, the hotel is a steal.

Location was great. Convenient especially if you are taking a bus to Melaka as it stops right at the hotel. The first room we went to had one aircon that wasn't working, staff was able to switch us to another room. Next to Mahkota Parade and tons of food options.
