My say was very enjoyable.

The staff were wonderful - they went above and beyond their regular duties in finding me a charging cable for my phone. It’s not something that a hotel has at hand. However, the front desk found me one and even offered to let me use theirs! Otherwise, the hotel met expectations as far as room, cleanliness, and amenities were concerned. The onsite restaurant and the airport shuttle ( runs ever 30mins) were a big help.

The hotel was good - comfortable beds and clean. The staff was very professional, kind and helpful

Ftont desk staff was awesome. Dining room staff werre friendly, food was awesome. Will definitely stsy again.

Paid a little extra for a 1 bedroom suite- if it’s just for a couple that’s great, it was very large and spacious. But, I got it for the privacy when travelling with a young adult child in sports. There was no door!! Just a big massive opening where the king bed looked directly at the pullout sofa. Since she needs to get a proper rest and sleep early we can’t even keep our own tv on and stay up a little later.

Rooms were excellent. Wish they had a breakfast included, it was quite pricey. Also it states cribs are available but I called the day before and was told “if we have one”, which they ended up not having. So it was inconvenient for us travelling with a baby.

Rooms where big and clean

The staff were really friendly at check in, and checking out! Room was spacious, and comfortable, nice bed! Staff in the lounge were really cool, and the food was awesome!

Nothing was wrong with this hotel. Excellent.

Great location

Ended up with 3 bed bug bites on the temple area of my face, my partner had none so I’m assuming it was my pillow - only slept for 3.5 hours before catching early flight

Clean..bed is comfy..can recommend and will book again.

The vouchers advertised for booking were not given at check in. When needed, wait staff in the restaurant could not process before I went to the checkin desk to get the voucher and come back (about 20 steps away). Seems like the hotel staff could have done this? In the room, the fan on the heating unit was very noisy and had to be shut off for the evening, there was no dining/amenities book, and there was no hair dryer. I accidentally forgot toothpaste and when I called to ask if there was any available, I was told I would need to buy a $5 dental kit to get it. When I delivered feedback to the hotel staff, I was told all of the reasons I was wrong to have complained. With so much competition in the area, this is certainly not where I will stay again.
