Rooms looked better in the pictures than in person. But still easy to find transportation and good enough dining options nearby.

This hotel is in a shared building and is only on the 4th floor. Phillip was a great help and very knowledgeable. The elevator is not always available. Great location, the restaurant just outside the door is amazing, ask for Maximo.

Overall it was decent experience. One issue was when I called the number to ask for checkout when the front desk guy was not around, the guy who picked up was in a harsh tone said this is only for emergency and wasn’t helpful.

Hotel is on very good location, close to Trevi fountain and metro to Vatican. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful. Building is old with small elevator. Pillows could be replaced with new ones.

Please be aware that there is a garbage dump at the ground floor. The hotel itself is in the 4th floor and the building is old so elevator is unreliable. Every time you go in and out of the building, you will smell the stench from the garbage. Only saving grace from this property is Victoria, the hotel receptionist who is extremely helpful . The room is bare and not at all what is pictured in the Expedia ad.

The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. Really good having the air con and fridge. Typical cold continental breakfast but would have welcomed some warm food.

The location was excellent, within relatively easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. The common room area was much appreciated as an alternative to sitting on one’s room.

Cheap and does the job. Close to everything. Room was tidy and quiet.

Rooms are modern and comfortable, very well located. We had a great stay at Floris. Highly recommend.

Clean room, friendly staff

We were very impressed with our stay at this hotel in Rome, especially with how kind and helpful the staff were throughout our visit. A special mention goes to the receptionist who checked us in — they were extremely welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. We also really appreciated being able to leave our baggage at the hotel on our last day after checking out, which made it much easier for us to enjoy the rest of the day in Rome before travelling. Although we didn’t use the breakfast ourselves because there were so many great opportunities to eat outside and explore local cafés and restaurants, breakfast was available and offered by the hotel. Overall, a very pleasant experience with excellent service from the staff.

Four-person (1 queen, 2 single bed) room was plenty big enough (Room 422) with a great view of the main street, Nazionale. Check in was easy, staff was helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Very good location... easy walk to the Colleseum, Trevi Fountain, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again.

We arrived and the room didn’t look like at the pictures, but it was fine. The issue was when we found out that the sink is barely releasing any dirty water. It was almost clogged. When we asked to repair it, they happily confirmed they will…but nothing changed. Visibly they didn’t even try since the sink stopper was at exactly the same spot I left it. The water pressure in the shower was also really bad. And sometimes the water wasn’t even hot, just mildly warm. Staff was kind, but didn’t solve our issue with the sink. The best thing about this place is the location.
