The hotel has a good location and easy access to everywhere. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were kind.

Clean, well kept with a friendly staff. They even gave us safe travel tips around the area.

The staff was incredible, as our flight was 24hrs delayed I contacted Orbits and the hotel questioning if there was anything they could help me and for my surprise, Natalia from the front desk called me back (while i was waiting for our flight in New York) with the news that she was able to prorate my booking !!!! The room we booked was a basic triple, kind of small but perfect for our 4 day stay. Bruno G

We had an early international flight from SP and had to spend the night in the city. This hotel is greatly located and the price was reasonable. The room that we got was small and it was too small for our large suitcases. Yet, the service is very good and friendly and the room was clean. Altogether this is a good hotel with small rooms.

Breakfast was 5 stars!

The personnel at the reception barely spoke English or Spanish. The staff who served breakfast never greeted us or said good morning, let alone smile. The room was not clean. I killed a cockroach and was still there even after the cleaners had come to 'clean' the room. I would not recommended it because it was not value for money.

Não tive nenhum problema, como meu vôo era pela manhã, consegui fazer o check in as 12 horas, .mesmo sem ter avisado com antecedência. Todos muito cordiais. Apto simples. Mas limpo e ok.

Excelente hotel com ótimo custo beneficio. Segundo vez que me hospedo. Quarto confortável e muito limpo, banheiro com excelente chuveiro. Boa Internet. Proximo ao hotel tem uma excelente padaria, um supermercado e o shopping Higienópolis. Os funcionários são muito educados e solícitos. Só o café da manha que tem pouca variedade, mas nada que estrague a estadia.

La mesa de luz muy pequeña. La habitación pequeña para ser una triple. El desayuno bueno, los personales muy atentos y amables. Las almohadas muy cómodas. La cama muy cómoda. No tienen servicio de cocina o servicio a la habitación.
