Pros : - clean Bedroom - well maintained property Cons : - Our room’s toilet flush stopped working in the morning. We kept calling the operator but no one answered. We were traveling with kids. It became difficult to manage. - the shower area had a thick bunch of hair sticking by the wall next to the shower knob. It was very thick bunch of hair and it was gross. - WiFi Sucks !! We were given a WiFi password and were able to connect to WiFi. It worked in the evening, but after we came back from dinner it became extremely slow to a point that even websites won’t load. The phone network isn’t good in the area as well. So, basically we had to make do without any internet post 8pm.

The pool seating could use a refreshing. The eating area was a wonderful surprise. The desk staff was incredible.

Would highly recommend if you have a car. Beautiful villa type accommodation. Quiet area. Parking included. Con: Away from downtown Valladolid. Poor internet.

Nice clean hotel in valladolid. 10 minute car ride from downtown. I booked this place because there was a pool and breakfast included. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool because it was raining most of the time but the pool area looked very nice. The included breakfast was a joke - toast or cereal - and they serve a buffet right next to it that costs $150 pesos if you want it. Easy parking at the hotel. Overall good stay but if I’d stay closer to downtown next time or in Piste if I was going to Chichen Itza. Valladolid is still 45-60 minutes away.

The pool was great and the staff very helpful. It’s pleasant to sit at the pool and also in the palapa restaurante. Food was good, nicely prepared.

It’s a “Tec” hotel but ironically the WiFI is very poor. No in room safe. And no lobby coffee, as there are no food shops nearby.

Huge room with 2 double beds and big bathroom. Good shower, hot water. Pretty building in a quiet location, staff friendly and helpful.

Very nice and quiet hotel located close to the center of the city. You would need a car tho to get to the center. The pool area is great. Rooms are spacious but generally lack equipment: no fridge, no safe. I think management could really make it way better by investing in few furnitures for the hotel and the public areas. The breakfast included in the price was limited to bread, jam, coffee and (not) natural juices. But you get what you paid for! The price is very good and everything is very clean.
