The hotel is still under remodeling.

Nice safe hotel with a friendly staff. The hotel could use some more upgrades.

It’s not soundproof and you can hear the people in the room next to yours. The noise that came from outside is annoying too

Very good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

The Hotel overall is good, however, the cleaning ladies miss a lot of things on the rooms, like shampoo. Breaskfast was amazing. At afternoon they offer coffe and cake and canjiquinha, but they don't add some juice or milk, since not everybody drink coffee.

Great hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a lot variety of cakes , pies hot and cold stuffs. Location was good, close to Itaparica Beach and bus stop. Vila Velha it's a beautiful city.

Half a block from the beach, far away from everything else. Inept, inefficient staff, uninterested in the clients. Took two days to come to fix the TV. "Superior" room is a small room with a small balcony overlooking buildings. "Standard" room is the same without the useless balcony. Breakfast is adequate.

Good hotel, need some work, wi fi doesn't.price to high.

Hotel é muito confortável, bonito, itens pessoais disponibilizados como (shampo, condicionar e creme são de alta qualidade). Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. A localização é otima uma quadra da praia. Da própria varanda do hotel é possível ver o mar. Café da manhã de muita qualidade e limpeza. ( início 6:30 da manhã as 10h). Garagem coberta pra veiculos. Os quartos sao impecáveis, TV de qualidade com vários canais e strems( netflix e prime video), ar condicionado muito bom e iluminação. Quarto amplo e banheiro grande( bom para seguranca de todos). Possui elevador para pessoas idosas e hóspedes. NÃO POSSUI ACADEMIA( único detalhe) OBS: único detalhe ruim era que no Box do Banheiro vazava agua no chão. Mas acredito que seja um detalhe apenas e de facil correção. Recomendo a todos que vão visitar Vila Velha. Pois, é perto de tudo e uma ótima localização. Local seguro. E o hotel tem muito conforto.
