Good location, close to airport if you have early flight. Hotel is value for money, not 5 star but good for short stays when you want to be comfortable for a reasonable price.

Toiletries are not changed every day; Just the same food; The room was cleaned but the glasses were not replaced/washed every day, coffee equipment and other things were not replaced/refilled from the first day until check out.

Good hotel - clean, helpful staff. Comfy bed and nice pillows. Big toilet. Shower had good pressure. Location needs transport to city centre Club next door is noisy till late, but a good hangout place if you enjoy nightlife. Not so good if light or early sleeper I enjoyed my stay and found it satisfying

The receptionist is not careful in his work. When checking in, not returning all documents (passport), the copy machine can be remembered (entering the room), call immediately to inquire. Responded that there was no immediate Even though I only checked in at that time Then hurriedly denied that there was no, even if not checked When I asked again to say that I forgot to copy the device, there was no apology or symptom that I was wrong. Wouldn't it be more a problem? If customers forget or hurry to go somewhere else Think of yourself in the care of customers.

The hotel is far from city around 2 kms. So it's not convenient to travel city a lot. However, this hotel really near a popular night club at Vientiane. Staffs are so much kind and smile.

I love the room, shower room separate from rest room.
