Comfortable beds, nice room, liked the pool except there was swimming lessons in the evening and my grandkids were forced to limit where they swam so not to interfere with a lesson, the air conditioner was not working the first day but was fixed by the 2nd night and there was a heat warning for the area so the first night was not that comfortable

Breakfast was not great.. we stayed 2 days and our room was not replenished (coffee towels) Power went out and the emergency lights didn’t work

Location is great for dining and within reason to shopping.

The toilet did not flush well, and you had to jiggle the handle to stop the water running. The room was clean, but the carpet felt greasy on the feet. The muffins at breaky were not kept stocked. But for the money, it was o.k.

Very spacious room...long counter for placement of suitcases...loved that. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everything was super clean and the breakfast was great. Also felt very safe parking I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on staying in Saskatoon it’s also only 10 minutes away from downtown which is nice!

Honestly a bit dated but the staff works hard with what they have. The lady running the front desk most of our stay was super.

First room had no A/C that worked but had the fridge. Second room had a hide a bed that we didn’t need and just a mini fridge

We quite appreciate the reception of the staff. They were accommodating and kind. The front desk Supervisor, Damandeep Singh went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. With staff like that, we will definitely return often. The staff in the kitchen even suggested best times to come so my kids can enjoy the trip as well. My mum enjoyed the hot tub too. Altogether a fantastic and memorable stay.

Food left in room on checking in hotels staff didn’t care and ac didn’t work properly

The breakfast was good but you have to wait as there is not always enough for all the guest.

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The room was okay, relatively clean, but looked like it needed some upgrades and renovation. Loose electrical outlets, rough looking bathroom door, old shower head with poor pressure were disappointing. But the biggest disappointment was the bedding and towels. They were old, very low quality, stained. Those need to be replaced. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. Old oranges for fruits. The staff was nice.

The washroom was really dirty. They switched our room as soon as we told them about it, but the new washroom had a sewer-like smell. Breakfast was great.
