Breakfast had a nice selection. Property is dated and rooms. Rooms aren’t cleaned very good nor is the hall ways of the rooms. We had a good sleep on their beds. But cleaning staff needs to do a better job of cleaning.

Room clean, breakfast not too bad, the staff is nice.

Breakfast was very good. The cleaning was below our expectations as the cleaning crew forgot to leave us clean towels after taking all our towels away. So next morning after I showered I stood dropping as my husband hunted down cleaning staff for clean towels.The vent in the bathroom was gross and there was bugs in the window ledge for the whole 5 night stay and we never opened the windows as we ran the air conditioning.

Overall, the Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross was a great place to stay, particularly for families looking for a long weekend break or a midweek getaway. The front desk, reception, and dining teams were fantastic, providing excellent customer service and great attention to detail throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our room did not reflect the same standard. The carpet, bed, living area, and bathroom were not cleaned to the level expected, with noticeable dust, stains on the bedding, and hairs throughout the room, particularly in the bathroom. The spa and pool facilities also felt quite dated and would benefit from refurbishment. Cleanliness in these areas could be improved as well. Given the price point the hotel commands, I would expect a greater level of reinvestment to ensure the facilities and rooms consistently meet guest expectations.

First time at this hotel. Staff really polite, welcoming and efficient. Barvinder check us in and organised a taxi for us to go to our appointment in Beaconsfield. Our room was on the fourth floor. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing - full buffet breakfast. We were cordially greeted by a member of staff who explained the layout of the breakfast and showed us to our table. All dining room staff were friendly and polite. Overall our experience was excellent and what I have come to expect of Crowne Plaza worldwide, thank you.

Liked the pool

Very enjoyable stay. Staff could not do enough for you and the breakfast was amazing. Took two dogs with us so understandably had to pay extra. Just think the £30 each dog is too much. Don't want the dog ball and treats etc. that were provided. Other than that, highly recommend.

Amazing location. Good stuff. Worth it of money

We stayed over night with our son (aged 13). On arrival our room was upgraded as they did not have any more pull out beds which was an absolute bonus. Ibraham at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The staff was amazing and the room was super clean. The swimming pool was not too busy and they allowed us to have some extra time as kids have certain times throughout the day. Overall experience was brilliant with a great choice of food for breakfas. We will definitely come back again.

Breakfast was fabulous, lots on offer. Room was nice, good air con. Everything in working order and comfortable!

Great place and very relaxing

The staff were wonderful really friendly everyone of them. Room was clean, quiet, breakfast amazing, been a long time since I had a full English breakfast I could not have asked for better, everything was hot just lovely. Will definitely stay here again! But will ask for room with shower only, had bath with shower and have bad knee so little problem getting into and out of bath, 10 out of 10 loved it.

The room was not as clean as you would expect, especially at a property in the class. I had to pick up rubbish from the side of the bed. The shower drain was not working properly and was not fixed despite notifying the staff about it. No one would answer the phone at either the reception or the housekeeping so had to come in person at the reception to request amenities that housekeeping had forgotten to replenish during the daily cleaning. Overall, an underwhelming stay at a Crowne Plaza.

Staff were great. Get service charges put on automatically. Not good, so I had it removed. The internet has restricted access.

The hotel itself was ok - however when we arrived the corridor to our room was full of dirty plates and sheets etc., all just sat there on the floor from where they must have been clearing the room out. A very noisy hotel, lots of guests being loud late at night. The pool was fine, although very overcrowded with kids. The staff were awkward and most had quite a bit of difficulty understanding English. We had a disappointing experience where one staff member allowed someone to push in front of us in the reception queue, they didn’t even say anything. The restaurant was the worst, sadly - had to order drinks 4 times and they still didn’t come… my partner ended up having to walk to the bar with the waiter because he didn’t understand what we were asking for. Ordered steak and wasn’t given a steak knife… asked for the bill and it never came.. had three different waiters come to our table while we were eating, all to ask our room number.. never offered us dessert menus.. and then a mandatory service charge was added to the bill, despite the appalling service.

Front desk not very helpful. Manager excellent. Pillows are awful. Like sack of potatoes and very , very noisy from other rooms. Good breakfast and apparently excellent spa.

When we arrived, the man on the reception was very welcoming and kind. The room was clean and so lovely. I haven’t had a better stay than I had here. Me and my boyfriend loved it and the bed was so comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try out the hot tub but we plan too next time on our visit.
