Great space and staff

Great stay, close to everything!

The views were nice at sunset. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fabulous, good food. Will come back again.

The hotel is across the street from an ocean-side walk, is two blocks from an excellent 9-hole golf course and practice facility, and has an excellent restaurant. It is a perfect venue for a relaxing holiday.

We had a great view of the ocean. The guy at check in saw our daughter and heard we were going to the pool and he pulled out a special child sized robe for her to use during our stay! My only "complaint" is that Expedia's room description was misleading. The premium room stated (when we booked) that it has a separate bedroom, it does not. In looking at the hotel's website there is no such option so I do wish I had just booked with them directly to have the most accurate information. It's a great location for some relaxation. The pool and hot tub were quiet, and while the pool wasn't big, it was big enough for our daughter to have fun (only 4.5ft deep at the deepest point). If you walk across the street you're at the walkway by the ocean, there's benches to sit and enjoy the view if you don't want to walk. We were lucky and some sea lions were out playing! We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant/cafe - the service was good, food was a little pricy but absolutely delicious! They do have a kid's menu even though I couldn't find it on the website.

The staff for this large and busy Inn and restaurant were without exception, wonderful. The food in the restaurant was very good. The room seemed to be newly upgraded and was very comfortable. Only suggestion for other travellers was to note that the coffee maker is for espresso only, and there were no options for tea--but we could have had a kettle sent up!

The rooms were clean, check-in and check out was quick. The staff were nice. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing I would say is that the pillows weren’t the best, otherwise it was a great stay.

Decent enough hotel, staff would never answer the phone and were generally unprofessional. Once we checked out I realized my brother left his swim trunks behind, the room cleaner never brought them to lost and found and according to the front desk they just disappeared. I know it happens sometimes and we should have checked the room better but usually they will set the stuff aside for you to come back and grab.

We had a pet friendly room. It had a little patio for us to sit with iur pup. Our room was clean and came with everything we would need. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. We were very impressed with everything. We are planning a second trip and with be staying here again.

The ocean view I booked through Expedia was disappointing as the view was of one corner of the deck and the rest overlooking the rooftop of one of their buildings.

Great staff

The hotel is in a beautiful setting and the views are phenomenal. The food was fantastic and they menu was varied enough to not be repetitive or boring. Lots of shops within an easy walk and access to tourist attractions is very simple, whether in town or traveling to the nearby area. Most definitely going to stay again as the staff made our stay very enjoyable.

The view from the suite was lovely and the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very convenient. Unfortunately, the decor of the room seemed very old and used and there was a musty smell throughout. Also, there was a live band playing jazz in the restaurant and we could hear it in our suite until about 11pm. That might be a negative or a positive depending on what you like to do with your evenings. Staff was helpful with moving our bags and checking us in, but overall we were a little disappointed with the price we paid for what we got.

All aspects was great. Friendly informative staff. Clean room and premises.
