Everything was good, the most that I like was the mattress or bed and the location, becas we could walk anywhere

The location was great! The room was the perfect size for a short term stay in Madrid for two people.

The check-in staff were lovely. The beds were firm and comfortable which is important to me as I have had back pain staying at other places. The AC worked well. The bathroom was fine with two small showers. There was an unpleasant sewer odor in the bathroom but not enough for me to ruin my stay. The street noise was pretty loud, but that was to be expected given the location. They held onto my luggage for free until 4PM, which was really nice. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and good value for the price. Very walkable to the main attractions of the city, Sol, Plaza Mayor, Buen Retiro etc, and also close to many eateries. Getting to MAD airport on public transit was a breathe - some 8 minutes walk to Sol station and a train ride with a transfer. We had a private room, but other than the provided towels, basically no in-room amenities. It was a bit strange that two private rooms shared one common balcony, which seemingly meant that the occupants of the other room could have entered our room (?) but we may have missed something. While we appreciated the few outlets we had, it was on the top bunk and there wasn't a convenient way for the lower bunk sleeper to share the outlets. Rooms were clean, but the cleanliness of the common area (kitchen, bathrooms) I suppose is somewhat at the grace of fellow travelers. How the communal fridge was shared showed some respect from fellow travelers, though, which speaks well about the clientele. Staff explained everything to us upfront (e.g bag storage, although we didn't utilize it). Again, for the location and the value for the price, I would stay again.

The room was small but confortable. There was a large shared kitchen that was very nice, plus indoor and outdoor shared spaces. Our room had a mini-split, which cooled the room very quickly. The location was amazing, it was in a really cool neighborhood, and within walking distance to just about everything (it was also close to the metro, but we ended up just walking everywhere).

Beds are so poor

Very clean and with very helpful stuff. Rooms were well equipped and tidy. Kitchen area specious with many spaces to sit and chill. I hated hostels until now. Some noise in the night from other travellers but nothing to do with hostel itself. 10/10
