It served its purpose. The rooms are kind of small, but you're not supposed to be in the room. Anyway. You're visiting Medellin... Great staff!... Very reasonable considering you have breakfast included

The hotel was great as usual. I've stayed there several times and its always a friendly environment, clean, and attentive. It has nice amenities and I enjoy my stay everytime.

Nice hotel for the money. Good amenities. Not in a tourist zone.

Its a quiet place. Rooms kind be small but comfortable. Its e getaway from the traffic jam and noice from the Poblado areas.

The beds were so dirty. I had to call the receptionist to request to change the beds.

This is a decent property with an amazing concept. They really need to invest in staff that speaks at least a little English and if they do not, please take initiative to translate. The cleaning staff did not clean my room. When the front desk reached out to her, she simply told them no! But the food was good! The late night/overnight staff was amazing (a young man and his counterpart) did an amazing job! They need to work there ALL DAY. They were accommodating, went above and beyond with any and all requests and took initiative to translate when I did not understand. They were courteous, knowledgable and that's why I left them both a nice tip when I left. I would return simply for these two gentlemen's work ethic!

This is by far the worse hotel that I have stayed at. Ran out of water, electricity, internet. The hotel is noisy 24 hours a day with prostitutes walking in and out of the rooms.
