The restaurant is excellent and the employees were fantastic. Carla and Fernando gave us the best service at breakfast and while we were at the pool last night, the servers made sure that we had great drinks cold beer and the view is spectacular up there. The pool is on the rooftop. I would highly recommend this property. We were supposed to leave today, but instead we decided to stay an extra two nights here. We live in Mazatlan half the time and in Reno Nevada half the time and this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations.

Room had a lot of humidity, bathroom area needs more LED lighting, very dark to due your makeup. Breakfast is included, very good. Parking is very minimum. We had to park in the street. Staff mentioned it was safe. Location is not too far from beach.

The breakfast was fine, with enough variety to satisfy most appetites. The bartender lacked knowledge and poured us a cabernet sauvignon when we ordered a sauvignon blanc, but we all had a good laugh and the cab was very nice in any event. All the staff were cheerful and very willing to help. Our room had no hot water but it was so warm outside, a cool shower was just fine and we didn't waste a lot of water! Roftop pool is small, but adequate and the views are spectacular.

Excellent hotel. I’m a Hilton Diamond member and this place impressed me !! The restaurant for the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Food is great and staff is attentive. The entire property is nearly spotless. The A/C in the room will freeze you out if you wish. Definitely would stay again.

Everything was perfect !!

Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was free daily and buffet style, but they can do made to order items as well. Room was spacious as we had booked the suite. The rooftop had amazing views of the marina and sunsets. The pool was small, and a little cold, but refreshing once you are in it. We stayed during the weekdays, so it never was too busy on the rooftop. My only complaint is the door to the room was very thin, and you could hear traffic and everyone talking outside.

This place is a hidden Gem !!! The staff is beyond wonderful and attentive. The rooftop pool , restaurant and bar were a ten !! The entire property is gorgeous and the rooms are beautiful. Our only complaints were the beds are hard :( and we wished there was a jacuzzi. If you can book the suite on the 6th floor do it ! It’s worth the extra $

This hotel has a very relaxing rooftop and breakfast is included. The Malcom is a few blocks away and the rooms are very clean. Great overall experience.
