The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a very good experience.

Not a great hotel. Lacking care and attention Staff generally disinterested. The check in was good as the daytime receptionist is extremely helpful, which raised the star rating for staff Manager never there and seemed disinterested in customer experience. Poor value for money.

Nice, clean hotel, beach right across the hotel, about 20 minutes from city nice, good breakfast. Only negative is there was no complementary water in the room, which is norm in all the other hotel we stayed.

A bit dated and some minor maintenance issues which were not sorted during my stay. It is a noisy hotel due to lack of soundproofing and the design. Also be aware if on side of hotel next to house next door they have dogs which bark at various intervals particularly early morning. Positively most staff are friendly and the cleanliness is very good. Position on seafront is great . Bus and little train stop close to the hotel if you don't want to walk into town. Breakfast was good quality but could have done with some variation.

Great location, nice and clean rooms. Pool and outside bar generally good. The staff get overwhelmed on weekends when the bar and outside restaurant gets busy with non guests, service suffers as a consequence. Overall, a good stay and would return.

I paid for a sea view room. But got a partial sea view and they didn’t change it. And insisted it’s what they call sea view. The curtain was broken and couldn’t be fully closed at night and wasnt fixed after complaining for 2 day , the toilet got blocked and the balcony door was hard to close. And they didn’t clean the room for 2 days and when asked tjey said they leave at five although I left the room in time for them to clean it Cleaning ladies eventually cleaned it she I went to them and told them it wasn’t cleaned for 2 days and I needed new towels I do appreciate that it was the busy Easter weekend. I have stayed at the hotel previously and it was different experience that I had in the past. That’s why I returned. Hope they pay more attention to guests complaints. In future

Wi-Fi slow, nice room, not a 4 star though! Needs some tender loving care, but yes I would stay again.

All very good for stop over probably better to stay in the hotel tough the separate suite was fine it felt isolated. I’d happily stay again this time in the hotel. My Google map’s couldn’t find so I hired a taxi and drive behind, cost 250

Room was clean, beds large and comfortable, very nice greeting of the staff with a little ”goodie bag” for the dog despite not paying extra for a dog. Great location, easily walkable to the centre, and beautiful views over the pool and beach.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is right across the street from the beach and their is a stop for the local trolly in front as well.

Stayed 7 nights in November 2025, staffs are very courteous, shower/bathtube of room 212 needs touchup but it was a great stay overall.

Checked in around 10 pm. Room had a bit of a musty smell. Went onto and come back about 3 am . The room smelt to bad. I had to go down to reception at 3 am to see what could be done . It turned out it was the drain as soon as water went down the awful smell come back. Hotel reception come and put some spray down sink and shower . That helped. Next morning as I was going out I told reception again. He said he would look in to it
