Excelente lugar para pasar la noche

Ellos sobrevendieron y no respetaron mi reservación lo que ocasion que a las 11 de la noche tuviera que buscar junto con mi familia otro hotel y ellos no ofrecieron una solución aun cuando tenían habitaciones

No hay muchas opciones en restaurante

Terrible … mi reservación fue un error y no me devolvieron mi dinero ….yo no utilice el servicio … no me hospedé… avisé 5 min cuando me di cuanta del error y no me quisieron cancelar .. mal servicio al cliente spidia o el hotel quien allá sido

All staff were very friendly…employee Said at the desk was smiley and inviting. The breakfast was wonderful….every hot dish full of flavor, good coffee. Waiter Alberto at breakfast was kind in helping me with my Spanish and selections. Refillable sizeable glass water bottle in the room…Garafone on the main floor to refill…Loved the bathroom in room, the sizeable desk and a window you could open for outside air…..i left feeling id made friends.

Está muy bien como hotel quizá de trabajo. No tiene muchas areas comunes o amenidades adicionales. Pero el hotel es muy cómodo, limpio y moderno.

It was okay, TV in the room had almost no english options, no safe box to guard valuables, documents or similar things.

The room is confortable

Very clean and comfortable.

Was”nt too good.

Some of the staff do not help , and some of the staff help very good with All you Need.
