The staff is super friendly and nice. But the hotel is a little bit far from the ancient city and the area around the hotel is now under construction so very busy.

A great place to go to Hoi An. Honestly, when I put in the app and also read many previous reviews, but to the place where I personally experienced, it would be cozy to feel cozy. Bright at Cozy peaceful. Everyone was enthusiastic and friendly from her to work with her friend, the cook and the receptionist. Nice room, clean. I have never stayed at any hotel but feel so satisfied. Moreover, Cozy is only 5-7 minutes walk from the city center.

Check-in time is 14:00 but due to the early arrival time, I left the phone number so that if there is a room, the receptionists will call. Fortunately, there is room at 10am and free early check in. Going back to cozy for the next vacation. Thank you.

Clean rooms, beautiful architecture, very good staff attitude. However, if the breakfast variety can be better. If I have the opportunity to return to Hoi An, I will still choose Cozy. Completely satisfied

The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated. We stayed in a room with 2 single beds and it was quite comfortable and clean. The bathroom is the only place which needs to be renovated. In general, we had a great time staying there.

Here is cozy same as the name. And they give free bike. They have taxi service with charge but it is so convenient. I love swimming pool here. Distance to ancient town is not far. Very good place!

Spent 2 nights at cozy, we arrive quite late, the staff, especially the front desk are very helpful, welcoming and friendly, really wish we can stay more. One of my family members was having a birthday and the staff even made a surprise cake for her, so that is a true hospitality! Location is great, just a very short bike trip to Ancient town and main road. Room size is great as well, with extra bed inside we still have enough space to wondering around. Breakfast even though not big but have a good selection and taste, just enough for us. Definitely a perfect hotel to stay in Hoi An, will come back here for sure!
