What a train wreck. I should have been worried when they called me 4 times to verify my time of arrival, after I had called earlier that day and spoke with two different people about... Bathroom doors are barn doors and they kept breaking, resulting in multiple room moves. I was charged 6 times various amounts ($897, $693, etc etc) even though I paid in full via Expedia before hand.
Lastly, we left two days early of our 4 day trip because the AC cover fell off (the window to the ocean view is right above the unit) and hit my foot, hard. Also, NEITHER of the two elevators were working. I have had a knee replacement recently (and I am late 30s for context) and since our room was moved to the 5th floor... we couldnt handle the stairs. Nevermind there was a guy STUCK and banging on the elevator when we were leaving.. They disabled the call button for help in the elevator.
VERY UNSAFE. Save yourself the trouble. Still have not gotten the $$ charged inaccurately returned to me. Nevermind the insane resort fees...... (I would absolutely not call this a resort).
