The room and environment are comfortable and clean, big and not noisy. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the beach.

When we checked in, the receptionist was cute and upgraded the room for us in a confusing way. We got a really big room, but there were not enough towels, no hair dryer, tissues were almost gone, soap was not refilled, we had to call the staff via the application to refill it until we found the missing items such as soap and hair dryer in the evening, but the staff did their job, the refrigerator in the room was not cleaned at all, there were black stains or maybe they were cleaned with an unclean cloth, (we had to inform the fire staff immediately because we prepared alms for the monks to use the refrigerator). Finally, a staff member came to help clean the refrigerator, but we couldn't wait and were afraid that it would not be clean, so we cleaned it ourselves, which led us to find out that there was less than half a roll of tissue in the bathroom (we stayed for four days and three nights), it should be a surprise room upgrade for both the guests and the room attendants, so everything was not in order, the breakfast was not too bad, but just not our style, the free coffee in the restaurant was inedible, we had to buy it.

The bedroom is spacious, the bed is soft, the pool is small, and there are many buffets. The cleaning staff came late at almost 6 pm and rushed to do it, forgetting to provide the equipment in the room. The customer service of the reception is good.

A must try is the tom yum, it's a winner.

When I went, unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for renovation, so I couldn't use it. However, the hotel had options to choose from.

The service staff is good, from the luggage pick-up staff to the restaurant staff and the reception is good, but the room I stayed in has a problem, but it has been solved urgently, thank you very much.

It is a beautiful hotel with a nice atmosphere, shady, smiling staff, clean and airy rooms, a swimming pool divided into zones for children and adults, a water bar, beautifully decorated. This is my second time staying here and I am still impressed. The food is delicious and varied. The omelettes are very delicious.

The room is affordable. Clean and spacious. The staffs are nice as well. We just encountered some minor problems: 1. The water was unavailable around 9:30-10:20pm. (Water for shower) 2. I ordered a burger and there's a 🐛 on it. I informed the the staff about it and he changed it right away. Maybe it's (lettuce) too fresh. 🥲. Overall, 8/10 🩷

Friendly staff, good food, pet friendly.

All employees are willing to provide very good service. But let's look at flies. There will be quite a lot during breakfast time.

The place looks uncomfortable, cramped, the air is not flowing, lots of mosquitoes, there are flies in the dining room. Toilets and corridors are very smelly. In the room there is a very loud air conditioner noise all the time. I don't know what sound it is. The building looks old and unclean.

3rd time staying here Impressed from the first time, the room is spacious, the bed is soft, the bathroom has strong water flow. All in all, give 10/10
