There were multiple things that didn't work in the building. The front sliding doors had to be pushed open manually, the elevator had no interior light. We had to use our phone to light the panel to see which buttons to push. The dishwasher in the room was out of order. For 2 people we got one bath towel. We were given more towels when requested. The curtains on the window were hanging half off so we couldn't completely close it. There was a layer of dirt on the window sill not just dust. We had to call the front desk to get the hair dryer reset as it didn't work. The windows in the room and the entrance to the breakfast area downstairs were grime. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as we were unsure of the cleanliness. The room didn't get serviced (make beds and clean towels) until we called at 3 pm.

Clean, friendly, great little kitchen - perfectly happy with my stay.

Simple breakfast, hard boiled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage patties, and other regular cold foods. Only a few channels on the TV worked. Rooms were spacious and had a full kitchenette. Towels were staind though.

Very friendly staff. Very quiet. Good breakfast with lot’s of options. Very clean and comfortable. Huge room, great tv.

The pots and pans in the kitchen were few and old. There was only one wineglass. Breakfast was cold eggs and cold sausage. The only juice was kook aid. There were flies in the dining room and ant traps on the kitchen counter.

Stayed here before and the stay was fine.

I tried several times to contact the hotel by phone and no one answered. My friend contacted them finally and found they had billed me for $999.00 for one night after being booked through Expedia and had only booked me for one night instead of the 2 nights I had booked for.

Breakfast was poor

Dirty. Leaking faucets. Broken Air conditioner broken black out curtains. Elevator disgusting.

Only option in Melita. When I stepped out of my car the parking lot had lots of cans and smoke butts all over. The room looked nice at first, and was very large but as my stay continued I started to notice things were not very clean.

We were disappointed that the restaurant was no longer open. The staff on this visit were really helpful and friendly which was appreciated.

Place has not been upkept, no breakfast, and no front desk staff readily available. It's a big hotel that can be supported anymore.

There wasn’t a single staff in site for 45 minutes

Just the timing of our trip but the elevator was not in working order. Getting a room on the third floor for seniors was very inconsiderate and not appreciated. Service at the front desk is non-existent and extremely unprofessional and lacking. Nothing like being greeted by someone on the phone speaking in a different language nd just having your room key given to you - no explanations, no directors. Mmm, not sure I would come back.

Got to the hotel with no one at the front desk and our room key on the counter. Asked for a roll away bed to be in the room, was not there. Got the bed after calling the hotel had no sheets, had to call again, finally got one flat sheet, no top sheet no pillow case and got to make up the bed MYSELF. Woke up in the morning to still no one at the desk and no breakfast, called the hotel again and was told they forgot to set it up and that it was not going to be. One of the worst stays I've had.

They had a free breakfast, but no place to eat it. The former breakfast room is now rented and is a private business, so eat in your room. There was only 1 little bar of soap, which would be OK, if the body wash in the shower would have been filled, or at least have a little more than 5 mm of soap left. There was lots of shampoo, so all was good. Staff friendly. Carpet is getting a little long in the tooth, just OK.
