Yes clean room. Friendly staff. The internet doesn’t work on the 7th floor. The shower is amazing

The bathroom door didn't shut because it was barley hanging on there hinges. No cups or eating utensils in the room whatsoever. Had to call for toilet paper and they couldn't even bring it to our room we had to retrieve it from the front desk. The cable they offered was less than accommodating didn't offer basic packages or movie channels thank God I brought my Amazon fire stick.

I had a long stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and included although not advertised. It was close to all the business I needed to take care. I needed a room to have a meeting and manager allowed me to use the breakfast room without any extra charge. It was very convenient. Two disappointments during my stay: the strong and unbearable smoke smell in the hallway and in my room at night and the fact they started a major remodel during my stay. Apparently although it is a non smoking hotel, they allowed a long standing guest to smoke in room. There was so much smoke that it would cover the hallway and find its way to my room. I switched to a different room on the 7th floor. With the remodel, the noise started around 8 every morning and one particular day I was not able to contact the hotel because of phone lines were disconnected due to remodel at reception area. One night I arrived late and there was no lights in the hallway to get to my room and I bumped my head on hanging light fixtures wires. Saw some guests complaining of no internet connection to manager. Manager was kind and frank that remodel timing was not her decision and still tried her best to fix every situation. All staff was very courteous. Manager was working hard to please every guest.

Ótimo quarto, localização muito boa também

Para a proposta a que se destina, o hotel cumpre com a descrição. Funcionários atenciosos, prestativos, quarto bem funcional, com bom tamanho e boa distribuição das camas, além de possuir uma bancada com pia, microondas e frigobar, muito útil para refeições rápidas. Café da manhã atende bem às necessidades diárias.

Wi-fi não funcionava e inviabilizou minhas atividades de trabalho, apesar das tentativas dos funcionários. Problema na rede. Escolhi o hotel pelo café da manhã (ótimo) mas sobretudo pela possibilidade de trabalhar na mesa do quarto (fiquei decepcionado pela ausência de solução)

O quarto é confortável, estava bem organizado, possuia TV, ar-condicionado e banheiro com chuveiro quente. A equipe é excelente. O café da manhã com bastante variedade e com alguns alimentos preparados na hora. Ótimo hotel!

Tudo muito bom. Limpeza, arrumação, estado geral do quarto, instalações. Tudo funcionado muito bem. Voltaria a hospedar com certeza

Horrível! Sujo, mas muito sujo do chão as paredes. Cheiro forte de bom ar e desinfetante para tentar tirar o cheiro de mofo. Mesmo ja tendo pago com antecipação, fui obrigado a procurar outro hotel.

Café da manhã ótimo

Fomos super bem recebidos e o quarto estava impecável, tudo funcionando como deveria, um otimo hotel sem duvidas

O cardápio do café estava excelente, só gostaria de sugerir que acrescentassem iogurte.

Limpeza deixou a desejar. Box do banheiro com roldanas quebradas que impediam sua normal utilização. Roupa de cama desgastadas com aspecto de muito usadas, inclusive com queimaduras. Não foi uma boa experiência.
