The location, the free breakfast are great, some of the staff are nice others not so much. Towells are no so great, also we had small dog and we were asked to pay $200 pesos per day. It is also very noisy from 5 in the morning to 10at night from being in one heavyly transited street.

Every thing was really good

We booked a suite, aware that there was no elevator, and ascended to our room. The suite was exceptionally spacious. It featured a Jacuzzi, which we attempted to utilize, but it consistently expelled a significant amount of debris back into the room, resulting in an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. Despite these minor inconveniences, the property is not particularly new, but it is satisfactory. The staff was also commendable. What we particularly enjoyed was the restaurant, where the cuisine was exceptionally delectable.

Even do that the room didn’t look like the pictures.we like the property . Great for our pet . Everything close by . Will book again .

The only thing I didn't like was the television freezing through out any show. Thankful I only stayed in room 1/2 day.

Word can’t describe how disgusting this place was . Check in was a Friday at 3pm but we didn’t get their until midnight , so as soon as we got their we obviously was tired went straight to sleep but did notice a particular smell like cigarettes and wet clothes. Saturday morning came we woke up early to attend several errand we needed to handle as soon as we came back we notice the bed sheet were covered what we believe dry blood or dry stool. We notice little bugs on the sheets and all 3 of us have rashes all over our body , I will not recommend this place to anyone , this a place you take someone from the street not your family let alone your 11 year old daughter !!!! Very disappointed we ended leaving same day and we book for the whole weekend !!!
