Clean room, great staff, awesome locstion

Hotel was very nice. Room was clean and spacious, nice amenities, included breakfast was very good and the dining room staff were very friendly. We had a great stay. Note that getting an Uber in front of the hotel is very challenging. You will have to walk a block or so

Enjoyed our stay for two nights. Reasonable room rates and close ness to the sights. Rooms were clean and nicely maintained. Rooftop bar/ restaurant was nice though staff were a little slow to react to requests. Would we stay here again though? Yes

Le personnel est très courtois et serviable, le petit déjeuner excellent et la terrasse avec bar et piscine sur le toit est un plus très agréable. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé. Toutefois, au niveau de la qualité des commodités, chambre, mobilier, TV, internet, c’est un 3 étoiles tout au plus. Dans l’ensemble c’est très bien et nous y reviendrons. Luc & Julie

We had a morning flight, arriving at the hotel about 4 hours before official check in time. We expected to leave our bags in storage until mid afternoon, but the Reception staff found us an upper level room immediately. The room was clean and contained all the necessary amenities. The rainfall shower was excellent. We ate in the rooftop restaurant on the evening. It was OK, nothing special. Breakfast in the morning was in the lower ground floor area. The service and freshly cooked food was excellent. Reception staff were very helpful holding our bags and arranging a taxi after we checked out. We have already booked our next stay at H10 Cubic.

The stuff were excellent, professional and helpful. The room was always clean and the breakfast was very nice.

Everything was clean. Location was good. Staff at the hotel bar were somewhat slow but it seemed like they were understaffed. I wish they were more thoughtful about the placement of their umbrellas/purchased more because in the afternoon there was really only 1 shaded table. The air conditioning in the restaurant was not helpful to cool off.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was beautiful! It is centrally located and close to many restaurants and cafes.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt "taken care of"! One desk agent came over and asked if he could help with our heavy luggage. Moved it onto a trolley. The other offered us a glass of Cava. Checked in, after Alex(?) explained safety tips and surrounding neighborhood. Basically a very nice and "safe" area. Usual precautions, but not a crime ridden area. Then explored the quirky and beautiful "library" lobby. There was a very interesting 50's style metal robot collection on display, along with all the books, comfortable seating, and cute nooks for private conversation or reading. Went to immaculate room, where luggage safely placed. Beautifully tiled bathroom, with plush robes and slippers. Toothbrush and toothpaste provided if you forgot, and, of course wonderfully scented soap and shampoo. The rooftop bar with lovely view and delightful menu. Very generous portions and cocktails. I loved my stay! I will be back. Thank you everyone!!

Air conditioner, worked great and very quiet

The front staff were very helpful in providing directions to popular tourist sites that were best to see during our short stay. The Hotel was located very close for walking to nearby La Rambla and at the edge of the Gothic Quarter. Highly recommend this hotel for amenities and location.
