Very friendly staff and a convenient location for public transport and shopping.

Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of cleaning agent. You shouldn't use toilet cleaners that can leave an odor, especially in a four-star hotel.

The staff is quite friendly, the hotel is close to the city center/Orchard Road.

Great location, clean, street view, have water dispenser in room. Easy transportation, just walking to 313 Somerset, Plaza Singapura, Takashimaya, Orchard Gateway.

Hotel near Orchard Road and also near 7-Eleven. The room was also clean.

This was my third stay at Grand Central, and I am always satisfied. The location is incredibly strategic—close to a 7-Eleven, near a 24-hour Don Don Donki, close to a bus stop, near an MRT station, and located right on Orchard, a favorite spot for Indonesian tourists.
