Lovely room. Clean. Great bathroom. Didn’t eat there. Room was exceptionally hot and the bathroom fan was incredibly noisy

We stayed in a dog friendly room in the courtyard and it was a little tired. That said, the hotel bar was a nice place for a drink and the hotel staff were amazing - every single one of them were friendly, and couldn’t do enough for you.

Clean room, staff are really lovely, front of bar lee was so chatty and very good at his job, We had breakfast and wow plenty of choice and ver tasty. Plenty of parking.

Lovely little hotel complex. Staff gave us a call to check with us about dinner and arrival time which was very kind. We were given the disability access/family room when we had booked a standard double. There was an extra bed which took up a lot of space and the bathroom was a wetroom with a high toilet so very inconvenient for us and unfortunately not the comfortable night we were hoping for.

Just had our second stay here and looking forward to our next one. Room was very clean and comfortable and lovely and warm. Big super king bed and very comfortable. It's handy having the Bar and Restaurant on the same property if you don't feel like going far....we had a nice meal there and the young Bar Man there was just brilliant, could not have been more helpful and caring. Tea/Coffee/Biscuits replenished each day. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. All the staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. Plenty of parking available. A very well equipped gym available free of charge. All in all a very pleasant stay. Thankyou 🌟

Staff were pleasant and friendly. Room was basic but clean. Shower was warm only, we had to boil a kettle to have a hot bath. Breakfast was OK. Fried eggs had been out over an hour and were a bit congealed. it would be better to ask people what time they will eat breakfast and cook to order. Hotel advertised as a spa hotel but spa not in use.

The room was clean, the staff courteous and very helpful.

Great hotel for visiting customer in Diss. Leisure facilities were very run down/unavailable. However, I had a very friendly check-in, a wonderful room, and the absolute difference was Lee in the bar. He was super attentive, busy, personable (we could have talked for hours about cars) and went the extra mile to look after me. He's a credit to your hotel!

The only "issue" I had was the wood my burger was served on. It wasn't flat, it rocked around. Really annoying

Lovely staff - very friendly and very professional. Really appreciated the manager who called me when she was off shift to resolve a small issue. This hotel is great value for money.

I picked the property for location, value and EV charger. It didn’t disappoint on any of these. Room was a bit tired but for the price this was acceptable but great EV charger at a good price and good restaurant on site.

The checking in was brilliant, we arrived in the morning and they gave us our key early as we were not going to be needing our room until later as we were attending a wedding in a nearby village. Everything was as you would expect however the bed was not!! They had put a king size mattress on a double bed. Unbeknown to me I turned over while I was asleep and fell out hurting myself!! The mattress was not supported by anything under it and it was overlapping my side of the bed by about 9 inches. I'm sure this review must sound comical but I can assure you it certainly was anything but funny. I've just had a knee replacement and am not ready for anything else quite yet

Hotel was perfect for our needs. Needs a mirror above dressing table.
