Great hotel with friendly staff and a brand new gym. Plenty of parking space. Shame the swimming pool has was closed, especially during the heatwave. It would have been great if the had more choices for vegetarian food.

Great hotel and restaurant staff

the staff were amazing and the hotel took on a numbr of my requests and fulfilled them appropriately. The room was nice and location was good

Didn’t include that spa was out of order!!! Other then that it was great!

Lift out of order. Pool spa out of order. Room and bathroom very tired. Room layout was like something was missing. Bed uncomfortable. Only upside was free water and 2 packets of biscuits.

Room was clean but very dated with many signs of wear - rust on the shower and towel heater, mould around the silicon on the sink . Old fashioned alarm clock which was so bright and unable to turn off was annonying and had to be covered with a towel. The shared areas and outside also feel dated and showed main signs of wear. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was Ok.

Great room. HUGE bed that I had to combat roll out of. The pool/gym facilities weren’t available and I didn’t know this before booking but everything else was perfect.

Excellent hotel. I can't find fault. Stayed with a dog which was great. Staff helpful with everything.

Convenient for business travel and close to main roads. Breakfast had a good selection of items from continental offerings to the full fry up

The shower control was basically the easiest to use but it might be beneficial to have a notice above it stating: "Water pressure is constant so the knob is to just alter the temperature"

Room excellent, upgraded to executive room, but on 2nd floor, with no lift working. This was OK, but only because we had very light luggage. We really need a ground floor room if there's no lift now, as we are both pensioners sand beginning to experience mobility issues with stairs.

Good hotel, easy to get to. Not used any of the amenities, so cannot comment.

Breakfast was excellent, the rooms are a bit dated & the A/C didn’t work in my room

Room nice enough. Tv bit temporamental. Pool not open , staff on desk absolutely wonderful . Most impressive I’ve seen for a long while . Didn’t have breakfast or go in bar. Very good value stay .

Room was not clean, asked to be moved to another room, this one was not that much better and no real apology. Foot order for dinner was wrong and during my meal I was asked to move table to accommodate a larger party that wanted to eat, not ideal when all other diners are looking at you. I’ve stayed here several times before but this visit was very poor.
