Safe and clean. Helpful staff. Warm shower and a working hair dryer. I wish they provided free bottled (packed) water rather than water in glass. I had to pay for safe water (as a western tourist). All else was great!

The staff was not very friendly and they did not reply to questions asked in Hindi. Not courteous and helpful environment due to the staff.

Location is good. Terrible service. Not a single employee is wearing a mask. It’s disappointing and disgusting. Lukewarm water. Fridge not working.

Unique is more mosquitos. They even offer mosquito repellent for rooms and bat in the restaurant. Friendly staff and good customer care. Food was not bad.

It was a good hotel and the stay was pleasant. Staff was courteous and eager to please. Gave us an early breakfast when we had to leave early. Our driver though was not accommodated well.

The location of the hotel is the best thing. It is located very close to the tourist attractions of Madurai like Meenakshi temple, Palace. The shopping market is also close by if you are interested in purchasing Madurai silk sarees. Also, near from the Madurai railway station and bus depot. Apart from the location, the other good factors about the hotel are the rooms, cleanliness, staff, and food quality. Overall, a great place to stay while you visit Madurai.

My friends and I stayed for one night while visiting Temples in the area. It’s close to everything and conveniently located to Madurai Temple and shops. Hotel was decent and rooms were clean and maintained. Found the bathroom to be small and a little dark. Breakfast was included and had a nice selection. Overall experience was good.
