Upon opening the room door and closing it for the first time, there was not just dust but lots of dirt and pebbles behind the door against the wall; it was obvious that the cleaning crew did not attempt to sweep or clean this area....but it was a couple hours later after dinner when we were taking a shower when I looked up and there were dozens (50+) bugs on the ceiling of the shower. It was so gross and disgusting....we immediately left. We tried to call the front desk, but no anwer. We then noticed when we were leaving that there was a line at the front desk of no fewer than 20+ people waiting to check in....and so we didn't even attempt to wait...this was not a good experience.

Listen, not the best hotel, but the breakfast is good and all the fun nightlife stuff is really close by. It’s not safely walkable so there’s that. It could definitely be cleaner omg

Horrible breakfast !!! Just the basic stuff. No jellies, no natural juices, no cakes or flan, no cheese bread etc etc . Zero star for breakfast

Room was in decent condition, although could have done a better job changing/cleaning the sheets.

I had bed bugs that raised my skin and look like bruises. Room floors never get cleaned seems like.

The room was not clean, the bed was old with a lot of torn and stains, the sheets had stains, the towel was very old and in bad shape, there was mold in the bathroom, no service in the room like water, the door was stuck and I need help to opened. The breakfast was not good at all.

Arrived at 12am.I knew check in was at 2pm.I was waiting at the reception.I then asked the reception if I could leave my bag till 2.Rudely replied No.She said no space in there but she was then happy to keep other guest’s bags till 2.I then waited till 2 at the reception.It took receptionist 30 mins to get my room keys sorted.Only 1 very slow and extremely rude lady at the reception.I took a 15 hours flight prior.I was so tired.Rooms are boiling(A/C exist but don’t work properly),bedsheets were dirty and stinky.They charge you $2 for a bottle of water when you leave(not mentioned anywhere).It’s a scamming hotel,not 5 star maybe 2 stars,horrible horrible staff.

I was fortunate to get this booking at the last moment and I found the hotel to surpass my expectations with cleanliness friendliness three meal a day restaurant gymnasium

Unclean

From the outside, the hotel looks lovely, and the breakfast offered a nice variety. Unfortunately, my room was not clean. I encountered black flies in both the bathroom and the room, and the bedding did not appear fresh. The A/C unit also didn’t seem to respond to temperature adjustments, and the elevator was noticeably dirty. While the rate is budget-friendly, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

No. Everything was horrible. And I stayed 3 nights and nobody came to clean my room. Not even one day.

The hotel looks nice on the internet but the area it’s located in a street with deteriorated building and it’s best you don’t walk at night alone .

We had a 5 day stay here that awful!!! On night one I asked for five hangers and a laugage rack. This took 3 days. There was no cleaning service UNTIL I went to the front desk for the 8th time on the 4th day. Each time I was told I was in excellent hands. Boy on the 8th time I lost my cool at the desk. The toilet and bathroom had not been cleaned, the towels were beginning to smell, the untucked bottom sheet was no longer staying on the bed. We had enjoyed the beach on day one and it could be felt or heard as you walked around. The room was well air conditioned and the food service was absolutely worth the price: always excellent flavor and variety. Be aware that this hotel has a chain of command. First you have to tell the person who signed you in the it's the manager who absolutely USELESS Next in command is the Assistant to the General Manager Carlos who listened an offered a free meal which it had taken up to the 5th day to get to. This was check out day. He also promised that should we return he would garuntee he would make sure our next stay experience would be an excellent experience. I do not know Assistant to the General Manager Carlos. We shall see, maybe????? Everyone can have a bad 5 days even the Alantico Prime Hotel.

El lugar es sucio, habían bacterias en el baño, la zona es insegura, el personal de recepción fue grosero, las instalaciones eléctricas , tenían problemas casi hace corto circuito al conectar mi equipo electrónico.

Llegue al hotel y no encontraban mi reserva. Luego de mostrarles la confirmación x mail me dijeron que se había caído por un tema con el medio de pago y nunca me entere. De casualidad quedaban 2 habitaciones y me lo resolvieron. El personal bien pero en general el hotel con falta de mantenimiento. Lindo lugar para desayunar, poca variedad de insumos

Customers service is poor, missing towels on the shower. But the breakfast was really good and some stuff was polite.

The bathroom was quite dirty with some of the trim being rotten from mould and whatnot. The bathroom also had gnats in it. The curtain for the window was also broken and had major holes in it. The staff were very friendly however and helped me out in my travels.
