Always lots of breakfast options and great location to get to all the south end amenities.

The whole place was amazingly clean..they were constantly cleaning the breakfast area the food was hot… good variety.Staff was always willing to help.Parking was good .In the winter we would have chosen the underground but the outside parking was just easier and quicker Location handy for all our needs.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very well kept and maintained. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of food options. The pool and waterslide were clean and fun for the kids! Most of all, the staff was pleasant and made you feel welcome! We will stay here again when we visit Saskatoon.

We checked in quite late at night, and staff was plesant & helpful. They happily allowed a late check-out, so our kids could still enjoy the pool next morning

Only problem was the main elevator wasn't working and it was a lot of walking for us seniors

Towels are getting thread bare and noise from the street is a bit loud.

On the plus side, the room was fine & the breakfast was good. On negative side, the main elevator was out of order and I heard it has been for quitre some time. Also, I checked out the price a few days prior to our actual booking and it was a decent rate but a few days later it had gone up another $30. When I called about the increase, they said it was all about availablity. I booked a Monday nite so you would think that would be an off nite vs the weekend. I also asked if we could check in a few hours early due to a funeral we were attending at 2:00pm, and that would have cost another $30. There was no compliance in that regard. A little disappointing.

Checkin took quite a long time about 15 minutes. She was confused cause I had booked one night added onto the other four nights I was staying. Didn’t activate the room cards so were unable to get into underground parking without calling the front office and having someone come to let us in. This was a daily occurrence. And we kept on having to go down and get the card activated. One set of elevators was out for our entire stay of five days and I think that it had been out for a while. Hallway is not vacuumed very much or thoroughly as lots of dust dust in doorways and corners; also beds not swept underneath. Lots of dust. Seems to have really gone downhill since the last year when we had stayed there during the summer. Staff was very friendly and did change our towels daily, which surprised me as most places when they say it’s every third day will just do them every third day. So that was a positive. But lots of people at the front desk that seems very confused about a lot of stuff.

Had trouble checking in bc I didn’t have a physical credit card. Even though I had a digital one. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Not staying here again

Room conditions acceptable. No issues with the facilities. Notable breakfast. Pool an asset.

Clean, love that the rooms are tile flooring so no nasty carpet. Pool area is well maintained and breakfast was great!
