This little hotel is conveniently located in the center of Tours. There are many restaurants, shops, and of course, La Place Plumereau nearby the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel.

15 minutes walk to Tours SNCF railway station- with luggage.Clean room with adequate hanging and shelf space. Comfortable bed. Limited space walking in front of bed. Separate bathroom and toilet Good hot shower with and dryer. Good supply of clean towels. Very clean room, bathroom and toilet.Good breakfast.Luggage storage facilities. Staff were very nice and helpful- good English.No lift in the property but manager happily carried my bulky case upstairs. No hot drink facilities in the room

I have very positive words for this hotel. Everything was excellent: check-in process, great room, cleanliness. Thoroughly recommend without doubt. 10/10 for sure. The friendly reception every daily was very much appreciated.

Quiet small hotel with nice staff

Love the staff. Great petite dejeuner. 24/7 parking is a 5 min walk at Indigo Nationale. I parked for 3 days for about 26€ with in and out privileges. The location is the best, near the central tram lines and shopping. You can walk to old town in about 7 mins. Great gelato place just mins away. Also, neat self service laundromat is just 6 mins away

Excellent stay at Hotel Ronsard. Location is walkable to main visit sites, restaurants, and public transport. I signed up for the breakfast; the portions were ample and the staff was friendly. The hotel is well maintained and my room was spotless. Do note that there is no elevator and the floors are reached by an interior spiral staircase that may not be suitable for persons with mobility challenges.

We loved this hotel! Big, comfy, and beautiful room with nice staff and close to the train station and old town. Although the hotel doesn’t have the elevator, the kind staff helped us with our luggage. The only problems with the hotel were no fridge or access to cold water and no staff after 7pm! We should check our wallet to make sure to take our room key in the afternoon! If anything happens after 7pm, nobody can help you!

Phenominal, nothing wrong, staff were friendly, location is secure. Construction infirnt if the entrance was unfortunate though.

I really loved this property. I am 75 years old and was a Solo traveler for two nights in Tours. Its proximity to the train station was perfect and the staff were cordial and very informative. I would stay here again and heartbeat and would recommend it unconditionally. It didn't have a lift so I asked for a room on the first or second floor and that accommodation was made for me. My sister and brother-in-law will be visiting in the spring and I will absolutely recommend Hotel Ronsard and the wonderful people who work there.

Modernised hotel close to everything. Apart from beverage facilities, french tv channels only and a safe it's got all you need. Small shower room. Good secure bike store, friendly host and a good breakfast for 9€. Noisy as it's on a corner ànd being an old building there is a lot of internal noise-ear plugs necessary for me. Fine for a few days.

Excellent area for shopping walking and eating

Great location for this small hotel. Very friendly and helpful receptionist, who we arranged discounted parking with a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We had continental breakfast both mornings (€12 per person per day) which had a good selection of fruit, cheese & ham, croissants and cakes. Room was clean and a reasonable size for a 2 night stay. Recommend
