The place was nice but you can smell the sour from the bathroom which is the only complaint I have about the hotel except for that the staff were helpful and polite

family of 4 ,the room super small. to top it off we had an issue with the flashing light from behind the tv all night.. it was fixed the next day and the hotel acknowledge the issue but we had a sleepless night and no discount was offer on the rate for that night.very different from Canada.we know that this was existing issue because there was a tape already that someone was trying to fix it before us. we will not return .

Above all the staff was excellent!

Family of 4 - we stayed in a family suite that had 1 double bed and 2 single beds for one night. It was clean and comfortable. If you have. a car, be careful there is one side street where it may not be clear that after 7pm it is reserved for residents only. Check with the staff of the hotel when in doubt; we were glad we did and he was very nice and friendly! Lots of nice restaurants in the area, especially Nepalese restaurants.

Rooms were very clean and property is close to many amenities, public transportation and the airport. Had a situation where I had 2 different bookings and the staff, specifically Damián C., went above and beyond to get it sorted and ready for us. Damián even gave us tips of places we should visit and recommended us places to eat. He really provided outstanding service!! We looked forward to seeing him every evening after a long day just to chat about our day. I would stay at this hotel again.

Nice staff, breakfast was of decent quality. Room ventilation and cooling was abysmal, the room was also really small and cramped.

Great quadruple family room with kettle and large bathroom. Safe could be larger. Included breakfast buffet was great. Near metro.

Property was perfect, clean and modern. Staff very nice especially Kayo (hope I spelt his name right). Would highly recommend this hotel for city travellers as the cost of uber to centre is approx €6

Servicio terrible, la empleada que nos hizo el check in nos cobró un estacionamiento que no utilizamos, alegando que no la entendimos por el idioma. Escribimos a la gerencia. Al otro día una empleada nos aseguró que se resolvería y que nos reembolsarían el dinero. Al día de hoy no nos han pagado. La actitud de la empleada fue horrible, se pudo a discutirnos de forma hostil. No le recomiendo este hotel a nadie.

Hotel Luena was an excellent choice for our stay in Lisbon. The staff went above and beyond to help us, especially when some members of our group were affected by flight delays. A special thank you to Rodolfo and Anna, who were incredibly kind, supportive, and efficient during a stressful time. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of our rooms even had a lovely and unexpected view of Castelo de São Jorge, which was such a nice surprise. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

Hotel has great location. Reception was very helpful. Rod helped us with anything we asked. Room was a bit small but beds are comfortable. The only issue with the room is that at night when all lights are off, there is flashing lights coming from behind the TV likely from a router behind it. I would recommend for the hotel to move the router or enclose it in a box as the lights were annoying.

As the host knows, the main bathroom sink was leaking when we arrived and was not fixed until mid-day on our second day. The main bathroom shower and the shower in the adjacent bedroom both had a bad mold issue. We essentially closed the main bath door and didn’t use it for fear of breathing in the mold. There needs to be a deep cleaning to remove the mold in the two bathrooms. Also, there were several things broken throughout the apartment, including two kitchen cabinets and a ceiling lamp that was dislodged from the ceiling. This could be an awesome unit due to its excellent location but if these issues aren’t resolved I can’t recommend staying there. The host was kind in giving us some nice chocolates and two bottles of wine, which we appreciated.

Absolutely amazing stay! The location was perfect – close to bus stops that take you straight into Central Lisbon, and just a five-minute walk to the metro. The staff, especially the receptionists, were so kind and sweet. My son really got on well with them, which meant a lot to me. It was my first time going abroad with just me and my son, and this hotel gave us such ease and comfort that I’d definitely go back again. Our room was always spotless when we returned from a day out, and that made a big difference. Overall, a solid 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

The place was easy to find, and in a very accessible location. The rooms, though small, were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would stay again.
