Check-in was smooth. The reception team are awesome. The room window and door soundproofing is not ideal for light sleeper guests. Room cleaning is upon request. It shouldn't be that kind of service.

Hotel super good! never expect will be great. pros: Easy to find. Near bus station. Near Feng chia market. Clean, big, and super cozy! really like the interior. Price and the room is really good. Cons: Check in app in computer don't include app that I buy the ticket (so maybe you can give custom app and booking code, so we can input ourselves booking number) check out time is too early at 11 pm and we can't put our luggage after check out. Overall this hotel super good, next time if I go to fengchia I will stay again in this hotel!

We enjoyed my 3 nights stay in Chase Walker Hotel. Fengjia night market is in less than 5 mins walking distance. Self-check in & check out is time-saving & efficiency. Luggage storage can fit 25" & 29" only. We faced difficulties to put our big 32" luggage. The team is always there to standby. Waiting about less than 10mins, the team came & assisted us. We felt satisfied in overall.

Recommended hotel! Location was excellent. 5 min walk to Fengchia night market. Room was just a little smaller than my expectation. But it is okay for my two nights stay.
