I did not get the type room I reserved. They said they didn’t have a King room available. They did discount my room 30 or 40 dollars. I had a difficult time understanding the desk clerk, he spoke English but very hard to understand.

Close to EVERYTHING!!! Very clean. Safe environment. Very nice staff

Typical hotel room. Generally clean, staff was friendly.

Pool was completely full of leaves and bugs so we paid to use another pool elsewhere. Switched rooms and still ac not working right. Walls paper thin… you can hear everything!! Breakfast was no meats so Waffle House for us. All in all, it wasn’t the worst but definitely not what I paid considering the inconvenience.

One of the room chairs had ripped upholstery seams.

This property was so great if I had to stay at another hotel in Alabama this would be my first go too! Quiet the staff was very very nice !! I loved everyone's accent ... amazing experience

The room was set up very nicely with a wonderful shower and mini fridge and microwave. They had a great area for our dog to walk outside and the pool area is beautiful, although the weather wasn't good for swimming. I was also surprised by all the breakfast options available this morning.

should list on your site if there is a pet convenience fee or is it a deposit? One was not listed, but when I got to hotel they said there was a $75 pet fee.

Location was great for the reason I was there… would have preferred to stay on the gulf to walk the beach in the mornings.

No customer service or friendliness. Breakfast was just sad. Not a typical Hampton stay. Very disappointed.

Decent, relatively clean property. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Safe area. Some minor updates would be good, but overall...a nice stay. Very comfy beds!
