Beautiful property but needs some maintenance and some customer service training to the employees, contrary to other hotels that have amazing service like Casa Andina this place seems like they don’t really care about making guest feel welcome and happy. This place was a complete let down I have no idea why it has 8.8 on Expedia. The hotel is super dirty place needs some serious love all areas of hotel are dusty. The rooms where better kept at least the bungalows were But there was ants all over the place. Place seems like it was a nice place at one point but totally missing better hospitality and maintenance on the buildings. The restaurant wasn’t so bad food was pretty good on the bright side . But definitely disappointed in our stay.

Mall right close by but hotel is just not maintained. Friendly and good for kids but room and pool and the rest is 3 stars

La Piscina tenía vómito, y no siguieron los protocolos correspondientes. Dejaron que las personas sigan entrando y no hiceron nada al respecto. La limpieza de mas habitaciones los hacen con trapos húmedos y toda la habitación huele a abombado. Los baños no los limpian bien, huelen a orina. Yo quisiera ser socio, pero esas cosas dejan mucho que desear.

Our room got flooded because the air conditioning. Once reported they took a long time to come to the room. Threw towels on the floor and told us it would be fixed the next day. Didn’t move us to another room. No air conditioning all night and didn’t reimburse us.

Nice beach resort, but far from everything else... and too many flies.

Make sure when booking to find out about AC and extra charges when arriving at hotel. That is not advertised and should be. Advertised is all taxes and fees included and that is not so. Don’t be surprised to pay extra. Email with that explanation landed in my inbox 30 minutes after check in. Not a happy camper.

We love the pool and beach

It looks nothing like the pictures, the hotel is completely worn down, I have not had such a disgusting food in a long time . And it’s middle of nowhere so u can’t even get anything else. Some of the staff I must say is friendly but then others are very unfriendly. Almost nobody speaks English .

Booked for three nights and no internet at all for the whole three days. No help either from the hotel or Expedia. Be aware that internet and customer service is terrible around here. Getting into the hotel is very challenging from the highway. No real proper road pretty much.

Horrible! This is the first time my family and I stayed at VPX hotel since the management change and will never stay here ever again. Previously all A/C worked, the hotel was well maintained and the food was excellent about a 3.5 to 4.0 star hotel. All rooms A/C did not work and the weather was 88 degrees F, had to pay for all meals at the time of order instead of at checkout and the staff definately catered to the lower Peruvian standards. Also concerned over the electrical connections... Again, DO NOT STAY HERE, this company lost a valuable and loyal customer.

No AC in the rooms, the facility, and its furniture looked damaged, and there were no towels for the rooms.

Counter support assisted us with an accesible room near to the pool Areas behind main areas had a very bad smell due to bad drainage system Employees were nice to us but looked tired as if their work hours exceeded 8 hour shift

No AC, intermittent internet, dirty rooms and bathroom, the place is a mess, find somewhere else to go.. I saw lot of people complaining.. this place is a not worth it

We got in the hotel at 3:15 pm and we never got the room it is 6 pm they said the room was not ready
