Bien qu'il s'agisse de vieilles installations, l'hôtel est assez bien entretenu avec du personnel courtois. C'est particulièrement propre. On ne sent pas les odeurs que l'on trouve habituellement dans les hôtels. BRAVO!

Great experience and the staff was awesome

Older rooms that were upgraded are comfortable. Breakfast was homemade and the staff were friendly and accomodating. There was a problem with the online pricing and the hotel pricing - but a conversation with the manager straightened that out. Parking was free. It was in the downtown area of Gatneau.

La chambre était propre. La chambre donnait directement sur le stationnement. Hôtel bie situé, près de plusieurs commerces.

Supermarket and Family restaurant, Mikes, near by. Pokey room with a view of a wall and no fresh air. Compressor running all night.

Clean and large room, excellent breakfast.

The window was very small and in a place where is almost impossible to see outside. There was dust on the furniture.

The staff were absolutely amazing. The reception went out of their way to help me find a garage to help me with my tires. Sadly, the cleaning supplies that they used to clean the room impacted my asthma and we had to leave earlier than we wanted. Also the furniture was too big for the space and dated and not in great condition. But the breakfast was amazing and they are making upgrades to the motel.

On entend tout dans le corridor. Les joints du bain sont à refaire. Papier de toilette déjà entamée au 3/4 et pas de refil dans notre chambre . La 327 vu de la fenêtre partiellement obstruée.

it needs a lot of love and maintenance...a lot of things in our room were not functional...like the fan in the bathroom, the light of the mirror... the restaurant wasn't open for supper...

Nice decor in room but poor bathroom design, little room for personal hygiene products, sink too shallow and it was not draining well. Had to wait each time I used a bbit if water to emoty sink and then rinse it... Very annoying. I liked the very clean room but front desk service was very cold and not inviting. Breakfast was very good and attendant very nice.
