Before I express my dissatisfaction and disappointment, I have to say the people I dealt with were are cordial and nice. Nothing to do with them. Despite the suite was ok in terms of size, design and location, our experience with this rental was dreadful. I recommend you do not rent here. Here are my reasons: - View was magnificent, but windows very dirty - No clothes hangers, had to request - Floors were dusty and with hairs - Bathroom decent, but toilet seat lose and of cheap plastic, single roll of toilet paper, insufficient soap, smelly towels-had to request additional ones,no countertop space - Kitchenette had no coffee maker, toaster, minimum cleaning products (sponge, dish soap), cheap-insufficient-disparaging utensils, incomplete and disparaging dishes, glasses, cups - Bed hard and pillows, dreadful - Missing a night stand, only one in the room - There is a desk, but no chair - Safety box was brought in after request, but left unsecured on top of coffee table, and it could not even be opened - Suite is not even part of the tower, but in the basement/garage level… gross - Morning noise due to some king of motor running nearby, unclear where sound came from - Rental was pretty expensive for what it is and was cash in advance with no refunds, so had to endure all these conditions for the week we were in CDMX. The pictures in the ad do not reflect reality, and the reviews of 4.2 is dubious. Never at 3-star level as depicted. Not recommended!

The property was over sold and we had picked up that location exactly for the location even when they gave us a new hotel it was very far away.

Staff was amazing and very attentive. Safe place to walk around the area even if traveling alone. And facility surpassed my expectations for cleanliness and amenities.

Absolutely stunning property! Clean and modern, worth it’s price. The area is beautiful right across Independence Park and nice restaurants. There’s a nearby Wingstop and City Market for your convenience. Only downside was the entrance was hard to locate at first, but overall highly recommend this place and the staff were absolutely kind!

El lugar es un departamento en el sótano con ventanas que dan hacia el estacionamiento y con un fuerte olor a drenaje.

Zona tranquila con mucha oferta de restaurantes.

Pésimo marque desde las 7 pm para avisar que iba a llegar a las 10 y nadie contestó el teléfono no funcionaba llegué 10:30 en seguridad nadie sabía nada no había nadie en recepción nadie me contestó de verdad descepcionante hasta las 12:00 de la noche me escribieron por parte de la recepción obviamente ya me había retirado deberían de tener mejor servicio o comunicacion

Excelente servicio, atención y lugar, volveré a seleccionarlo en mi siguiente visita. Tienes la comodidad de contar con un supermercado un piso abajo del Lobby

Me cambiaron de hotel lo cual no estuvo mal la habitación muy buena con una vista muy padre Lo único es que no servía la televisión me decían que estaban cambiando de proveedor . Y el clima estaba demasiado frío no encontré el control y no había cobija extra así como no encontré jabón ni shampoo. Por lo demás excelente lugar

No recibí la habitación que reservé, se me informo 5 horas previas a mi llegada, se me ofreció otra habitación sin vista o cancelar reservación, lo cual al ser el mismo dia de mi llegada no me era posible.

Ningún día en toda la estancia se hizo limpieza y se solicitó varias veces y el refrigerador no servía

El cuarto es amplio y la torre está bien ubicada en Santa Fe. Yo no tuve buena suerte y mi experiencia no fue la mejor. El cuarto olía a sushi cuando llegue -- claramente el huésped antes que yo comió sushi y el olor había quedado impregnado ahí. Al levantar las sabanas encontré 3 pelos (parecían de hombre), las almohadas son muy malas y pues entra mucha luz por las ventanas en la mañana -- las persianas/cortinas no cubren nada bien. Solo fui una noche, y estuve menos de 12 horas en la habitación, sin embargo, si fueron varias cositas negativas que me resaltaron. El inodoro también había estado tirando agua desde antes de que yo llegara y pues la toalla en el piso (la que se usaría de tapete en la regadera) estaba empapada.

Es una buena opción en la zona
