Staff is very friendly. They provide lots of free stuff, especially for kids.

The dust in the room begs for forgiveness, I am allergic to everything in the room.

Sands Macao was very generous. Because it is for my mum's birthday and anniversary, our room was upgraded and birthday cake was given by Sands Macao. Thumbs up to Sands Macao!!!
