Hotel in dire need of an update. Staff varied from rude to nice.

Rooms need modernising, beds need upgrading as too hard and to introduce duvets as sheets are old fashioned

Wonderful hotel in a picturesque village with easy walking access to bear by Camprodon which is a gem of a town. I look forward to staying here again next year!

The location and setting is so relaxing. The facility was immaculately clean and the grounds were well taken care of.

The staff treated us like family and the food was delicious. They also have an extensive list of walks and hikes.

This hotel is super quaint and in a really pretty area. The room was great - clean and large with a lovely view, if a little dated. The pool area is lovely, but we found it unmanned and there were no towels or anything (and it was completely empty for 2 hours) so it felt a bit weird. We did have 2 fantastic treatments though from the beauty rooms, so I'd highly recommend those. Breakfast was delicious and the buffet was great, but the staff were dashing around looking super stressed about all the dirty tables/things that needed to be replenished from the buffet, which was a bit distracting, I'm sure they would have got more achieved if they had been a bit calmer!

great spot in a scenic alpine valley surrounding by towering mountain tops. suitable location for short or long hikes across the mountain ridges. situated in a very small town so dont rely on local shops or restaurants for food. need to travel to the next town (by car) to reach amenities.

Amazing hotel, fabulous decor, very helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with fresh home made delicious breads. And much more. Bed very comfortable.

Clean, cheap, great service, fantastic breakfast choice and 20 minute walk to Campradon and all of its restaurants. You could even ask for different types of pillows !

Ha sido una gran estancia, todo ha estado perfecto. Desayuno impresionante , el Spa muy tranquilo y completo con un facil acceso. Fui con mi pareja hi podemos decir que ha sido una gran experiencia. Lo recomendamos totalmente.

El personal normal. El lugar precioso, la habitación bastante completa, con balcón y terraza. El spa no es muy grande, pero tiene lo esencial: piscina con chorros, jacuzzi, sauna húmeda y sauna seca. El desayuno muy, muy completo y con productos de calidad. Volvería sin duda
