Friendly staff. Problem returning in evening after 10.30. front door locked. No clear entry instruction given in advance. No mobile link actually operating. . Nobody available online via hotels.com. . Lucky that cafe owner knew number of hotel owner. He cam out and let us in. Otherwise a miserable night would have been had. Utterly c Incompetent lack of communication or access to communication. Must be fixed.

Traditional Spanish welcome and hospitality - stunning position, breakfast on the terrace was fantastic Such a unique pueblo (if you arrive Sunday it may be very busy)

El Rocio is a charming town where you'll have a lot of discoveries to make. The hotel is more than pleasant, clean, and the staff is very welcoming.

A bit difficult to find as El rocio, while being a magical place, was quite different than the average 'town'. There was hardly anyone at the Hospedería at all on a Sunday night. It might have been a bit noisier and shared bathrooms a problem if it had been full. The staff was pleasant and quite patient with my inadequate spanish.

On arrival we were offered a room with a private bathroom next door not en suite as expected. As the room was downstairs near the reception we were not happy so were offered an en suite room in a nearby hostel Casa Rural Donana. Our rooms were on the top second floor and although small were clean and fine but low door and sloping roof. Plenty of hot water. WiFi signal OK on the area outside (tables and chairs for our use only) but didn’t quite make it into the room. This was fine although we had to walk back to Cazadero Real for breakfast each morning which was not a problem for us. Plenty to eat and a range even for vegetarians (cornflakes, bread, jam, cheese, ham etc, yoghurt apples, oranges) We had a very good stay despite initial concerns on arrival.

Sitio acogedor emplazamiento inigualable, amabilidad del personal, desayuno en la terraza con vistas a la marisma inmejorable. Buena limpieza de la habitación excepto un día que fue excasa o nula.

Repito en el mismo alojamiento y creo que no cabe duda de que volveré a repetir. Personal grato y super atentos en todo momento, las instalaciones cumplen sus objetivos que es primordialmente residir en casa rociera. Y cerquita de todo.

El Rocio est un autre monde: rues en terre, chevaux attachés devant des maisons, vue sur le parc et ses animaux...L'hôtel est simple mais sympa, chambres propres, tranquilles et confortables. L'hôel est bien situé au centre du village. Petit déjeuner simple mais pas cher. Bonne base pour visiter le parc Donana.

Muy limpio. Buen desayuno. Vistas a las marismas y la iglesia del Rocio.

Me gusto la ducha con agua calentita, y el aire acondicionado poco ruidoso. No me gusto la cama que le tienen un protector que hace muchísimo ruido, no me gusto la situación de la habitación ya que estaba en el mismo sitio que el comedor de desayuno y era un escándalo desde por la mañana temprano.

Se podría mejorar el baño, el toallero se callo solo

Nous aurions aimé être prévenu que la chambre n’a aucune ouverture vers l’exterieur, pas de fenêtres, chambre qui donne directement sur la salle de séjour. Sinon personnel accueillant et à l’ecoute

Un pueblo extraño pero hemoso y un hotel limpio, cómodo y lleno de arte. Un poco molesto por el sonido de otras habitaciones y fuera en el pasillo, pero en general contentos con nuestra estancia.

Byen er virkelig veldig anderledesnoh helt bygd rundt det 800 år gamle gudebilder av jomfru Maria. SLT handler om det og byens wild West image med kun sand i alle gater og fokus på hest og esel med eller uten kjærre som transport.Veldig spesielt og artig. Var der i helgen og både lørdag og søndag var det opptog av jomfrutilbedere tiltrådt i busser..

Das Zimmer hatte leider kein Fenster, lediglich zum Innenraum, von wo alles Kommen und Gehen, Gespräche oder Essen zu hören war. Mein Anspruch an Sauberkeit leigt auch etwas höher. Zwar ein Bad für einen selbst, aber zwei Türen weiter. Leute sehr freundlich.Zimmerausstattung mittel, Betten naja

El entorno es maravilloso, pero las habitaciones de la planta baja y sótano son muy pequeñas e incomodas, y el baño esta fuera de la habitación. El desayuno y atención muy buena
