Friendly staff. Problem returning in evening after 10.30. front door locked. No clear entry instruction given in advance. No mobile link actually operating. . Nobody available online via hotels.com. . Lucky that cafe owner knew number of hotel owner. He cam out and let us in. Otherwise a miserable night would have been had.
