This was our first time staying with a 9-month-old baby. We arrived early and were allowed to check in immediately, even though the standard room we had booked was full. The staff upgraded us to a premium room, which was close to the elevator, making it easier for us to get around with our baby. Although we didn't get a room on a high floor, the balcony with a garden was still quite nice. Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel lobby smells very nice and inviting, with plenty of sofas making it easy to sit while waiting for check-in or just relax. The outdoor pool area is spacious and clean, and there's a spa, hammam, gym, and indoor pool available for use during your stay. The rooms are quite spacious, but not spotless; there's still some dust in some areas, possibly because the rooms were available quickly and hadn't been inspected. Food: The food is standard and quite fresh, but the pastry variety is lacking. Staff Assistance: The hotel staff is very helpful, the restaurant chef is very friendly, and the pool attendants are quick to clear unused beds from the garden area. Highlights: The room upgrade impressed us, as they took our baby's comfort into consideration. There's no crib, only a crib. Price: The price is commensurate with the amenities provided. Location: The location is still strategic and there's minimal traffic to get to the central Fatih, Sultanahmet, or Taksim areas.
