The rooms are decent size, but the hotel looks old and has a stale smell. The bedsheets had stains, the towels were dirty and smelled awful. ( only one large and one small towel was given) Asked for clean ones and received the same- full of stains and with a bad odour. The shower tiles were dirty, the toilet wasn't cleaned ( had to wipe the seat before using it)

Friendly staff. Good location. Clean. The biggest problem is the blinking lights on the smoke detector in the rooms. It's hard to get to sleep with those lights.

This is a great hotel. In the large suites, there are 2 shower heads. Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. One of my favorite places to stay. Even a mall with a food court next door. I recommend staying here if you are in campo grande area. Even outside Rio heavy traffic.

The hotel room was comfortable and the staff went above and beyond for me during my visit. I definitely will stay here again.

Loved my stay again there. Staff is good. Rooms are clean , restaurant there ofered a lot . Really good breakfast.

UMA TOALHA SÓ NO QUARTO E ENCARDIDA . POEIRAS NOS CRIADO MUDO E ABAJOUR , COISA ANTIGA , COMO NINGUÉM VÊ ? FALTA GERENCIAMENTO . NO REFEITÓRIO , 03 FUNCIONÁRIOS NO SALÃO CONVERSANDO NO CX E O CHÃO SUJO E MESAS SUJAS , SEM REPOSIÇÃO DE GUARDANAPOS , SEM REPOSIÇÃO DE AÇÚCARES E OUTROS , FALTA INTERESSE DE FAZER O MELHOR , VCS ESTÃOPERDENDO DINHEIRO , POSSUEM BOA ESTRUTURA , FALTA VONTADE DE FAZER A DIFERENÇA .

Dessa vez não foi tão bom. Deu problema no cano de água quente, tivemos que tomar banho a noite e pela manhã com água fria. Meu secador e da minha amiga queimaram e não sabemos como, ligamos na tomada certa ,110. Café também achei muito desorganizado,poucas mesas , e o café dessa vez estava muito fraquinho. Já fiquei outras vezes e pretendo ficar em setembro,.mas dessa vez deixaram a desejar

Não foi boa, a condição do hotel esta ruim, sem manutenção predial. E com a roupa de cama com cheiro de mofo.

Infelizmente o apartamento cheiro forte de mofo. Roupa de cama dem passar e cheiro de mofo Vazamento de agua no teto no corredor de acesso ao apartamento estive no 5 andar

Local de fácil acesso e excelente localização ao lado do shopping.

Falta muita limpeza, elevadores imundos, vidros sujos demais, toalhas encardidas. Cafe da manha muito bom e atendimento gentil.

Excelente Estada Agradavel... parece ate hotel 5 estrelas... tudo muitooo aconchegante... limpo... e agradavel... vale muitooo a pena... excelente custo beneficio...
