The facilities are pretty good. Unfortunately, my son's shorts were lost there.

Staying here is perfect and really worth it

My first time staying here, and it was a wonderful experience. I was planning a staycation with my kids, who requested a bathtub and a living room, and it has everything. 1. Plenty of parking, and EV charging. 2. The lobby and elevator access are great. 3. The rooms are excellent, spacious, and have plenty of closet space. There are two TVs in the living room and one in the bedroom. 4. The living room is very comfortable, with a sofa and soft carpet. 5. There's a dining table, kitchen set, electric stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and even a front-loading washing machine. 6. There's a dressing table, iron, and hair dryer. 7. Separate bathtub and shower, with strong water flow. 8. Facilities: The swimming pool is beautiful and spacious, very comfortable for kids. There's also a playground. 9. There's a fitness room and jacuzzi. 10. Strategic location, close to everything. For dining, just walk to Setiabudi-One across the street. A wonderful stay. Want to come again on the next staycation.

This was my first time staying here. The room was very spacious, the facilities were very complete, the food was varied and delicious, but unfortunately I didn't have time to try swimming and the gym, there was a limit on mineral water refills.

This is my second time staying here with my family. The food is delicious, the facilities are comfortable, and it's perfect for families.

The hotel staff is very friendly, check-in time is very easy and fast, hotel facilities are good and child friendly.

Staying here is comfortable for the room and ambiance. The location is also opposite Plaza Setiabudi One so it's only a short walk. For those staying here, it's very important to pay attention to access. The entrance is from the front, not the back because it's a different residence, even though the signs direct you to the same place. Furthermore, parking in the basement is very troublesome because you have to ask for an access card first, then exit the building and re-enter. Likewise, if you've checked out and made the wrong exit, you'll be stuck and unable to exit, so you have to be very careful. It's recommended to ask security first for parking or accessing your car. Hopefully, the service can be improved in the future so you can always get information on how to stay at Fraser Residence.
