The hotel is clean, located near the MRT, making travel very convenient. Check-in was quick and impressive.

The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. It's close to the city and easy to get around. I recommend trying it. There's a slight noise from the door.

The location is excellent, the room is beautiful as in the photo they advertised!! Only two flaw I’m not happy with… 1. Lack of power socket. The room is big but only one power socket for charging phone or other stuff And it’s not even beside the bed but at table beside tv 2. The bed are very easy moveable and not secure to the ground. Make it uncomfortable when sleeping and turning in bed For power socket , I know will be difficult for them to add more as quite a fare bit of Renovation is needed to pull out one more socket beside the bed But for securing bed to floor or wall should be way easier solve

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable!! Came with standing shower n bath tub!! Aircon was good. Walking distance to metro. There’s Naraya, McDonald, Starbucks, shops and restaurants all in the same hotel!! Very spacious lobby with stylish & comfortable sofas, great to sit on while waiting for grab taxis. Very near to Union mall & a mega Big C. Only setback I felt was the breakfast. I tried the breakfast once and the taste and variety is not satisfying. Will come back again!!

The pool here is absolutely amazing, with a stunning view. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. At one point, I was standing around unsure of which direction to go, and one of the staff members — tall and, I think, wearing a bandage near his ear — seemed to sense my confusion. He quickly came over and kindly showed me the way to the tourist spot I was looking for. I didn’t catch his name, but his attentiveness truly left a great impression. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here, especially thanks to the wonderful team. If I ever return, I’ll definitely choose this hotel again!

Good services, good price for values, spacious lobby

It was worth the money. I didn't expect it to be this good. I will definitely use their services again.

The service at this hotel was quite poor. Upon check-in, I asked for a toothbrush and a razor, and the receptionist said they didn't have any. However, a few days later, the housekeeping staff provided me with both. When I booked the room, I requested a late check-out, provided that the hotel's occupancy allowed it. On my last day, I called to confirm, but the receptionist didn't even check the room status and bluntly told me that staying past 12 PM would incur an additional fee of 1,000 baht. The hotel's location is also quite far from the city center, making travel time-consuming and inconvenient. If you plan on moving around a lot, you should think carefully before booking here.
