I booked room 1415, a king-size bed deluxe room, but what I received was two single beds put together to make a large bed! OMG! This has happened twice now. I personally have business and stay here every month. Customers upgrade and pay extra because they want a room type that meets their needs.

Everything was fine, but going up to the lobby on the escalator was a bit risky. If you have a lot of suitcases, there will be staff to assist you with your luggage at check-in, but at check-out, you have to drag your suitcases down yourself. (Meaning you drag them from the lobby down -> not from your room down) to avoid any confusion. Otherwise, everything was OK.
