Very clean

The front desk guy at check-in wasn’t great, pretty rude. Otherwise the stay was pleasant. Will probably check out other properties next time.

Beds and pillows were very soft! Had no trouble sleeping! Staff always assisted promptly with any requests. There is a cocktail/small app hour a few weeknights. My only cons were wishing the rooms had usb charging ports (so use to it omly btought one wall plug in) and the hot tub could use a resurfacing. Was very rough feeling where you sit. Overall very happy with our stay!

Friendly staff!

We stayed here for state wrestling. Very clean hotel, super friendly staff. We parked on the bridge for free. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious.

Overall it was a great stay. The parking garage was hard to navigate and there is not very clear signage posted for directions.

We arrived late and checked out early, but did take advantage of the pool and hot tub, which was a bonus for us. The breakfast was acceptable; my husband and sons enjoyed it (I'm a picky eater but found something that worked ok).

The staff was exceptionally lovely! Very friendly, especially Jesse at the front desk. The room was beyond expectations for incredible. Very well kept, clean, spacious and a very relaxing atmosphere.

Location was perfect for enjoying the East Village

Huge rooms and lovely

The king bed in room 210 needs to be replaced or flipped (at a minimum). The left side had a huge indentation that I did not see until the next morning when I woke up with a massive backache. I notified the front desk upon check out with a minimal response of, "thanks for letting us know."

Overpriced and the staff was condescending
