Friendly and enthusiastic staff

The staff's attitude is bad. I booked an urgent appointment 1 hour in advance, when I arrived, I didn't see the booking, the staff asked to show all kinds of documents, asked to show the bill of the transaction that I paid through the app, the hotel didn't accept passport, I've stayed at 1000 hotels and resorts, none of them required ID and didn't accept passport. The ID was outside the car, so I had to go to the parking lot to get it. I was very tired after work at night and was also harassed. There was no buffet in the morning, only noodles, and the milk I drank was sour. Too bad.

The room is spacious and airy, the swimming pool is not very big but also pretty, the breakfast does not have many options but is delicate and delicious, the staff is enthusiastic and friendly. 10 points!!!

Room is like the picture. Booked through a 3rd party, but the hotel actively upgraded the room class. Cute little swimming pool. The glass corridor connecting the 2 areas makes a very beautiful scene. Breakfast has few dishes but is quite good. Located in a residential area. Near convenience store. Near Nguyen Khang's family restaurant, it's quite delicious, convenient when just checking in and not having a car to eat far away

The trash in the room is not empty when I check in. Slippers are dirty with the previous guest. My husband and I are not served welcome drinks, while the group of tourists is (probably because I book through the app, so there is a distinction). The tub drains very slowly. I drove into the hotel premises and didn't know where to park, didn't see the security or the door man gave instructions, nor did the bell man assist with carrying extra luggage. The receptionist was not really welcoming (the owner of the hotel arrived, the receptionist left the counter to take place at the welcome door, while guests did not see any gestures or actions welcome). The hotel is also located a bit far from the center. Room & breakfast buffet is alright. In short, feeling unsatisfied.

My family had a pleasant holiday at Anh Dao Me Kong Hotel 2. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and lovely. Rich breakfast, spacious rooms and daily cleaning ... Large clean pool ... Overall everything is fine❤️

It's 3 or 4 times here. Every time you visit Can Tho is also here. The first few times were fine, the food was pretty good. This time, the food was poor. It was only 8:00 in the morning to eat breakfast, there was nothing to eat, there were 1-2 cups of drinking water, the guests went down a lot without anyone craving for more food. I asked the staff of the roll cake, the staff opened it to see it all, then shut it up, waited for about 20 minutes to see no one added food, stood talking, and the guests went down to the food. Quality is too bad. Back to the room, the first few times the room was very ok, the room was worse and later, at some time, after receiving the room, I would give it to the child, I would see the children face or how to hand over the rooms which were not in a small corner, the lock would be damaged. , dirty room.

My family had a wonderful holiday here. The hotel is clean, the staff are all cute and enthusiastic. The only improvement point is the modest number of morning buffet dishes, not many. I will definitely introduce my friends to this place when I have a chance to go to Can Tho.

This is the second time I went back to Mekong Anh Dao 2 (the first time for 1 year). Staying in the right room before, the room is still beautiful and spacious, lovely enthusiastic staff, delicious and rich breakfast. But everything would be better if my room did not smell moist, the smell like the smell of air conditioning was dirty on the passenger cars. As soon as I entered the room, there was an instant smell, which overwhelmed the room. Although I called the receptionist and got checked by the staff, the staff said the smell was normal so I didn't say anything more. During the night I had to open the balcony door completely to sleep, a little scared because the balcony of the rooms could be connected. My lover also told me to open the room door because it was overwhelmed. If possible, please make the room a little more sophisticated, you can smell the room before delivering it to the guests. One more thing, I really like the type of hotel bedding, but it seems that the hotel did not pay attention to cleaning the bed curtains, the second time staying at the hotel was in the same room last time, but the old bed curtains, yes Another musty smell. Hopefully, the next time you return to Mekong Anh Dao 2, the hotel room will be more fragrant.

The hotel is clean, spacious rooms are spacious, breakfast is full of taste, if you have the opportunity to return to Can Tho, I will continue to stay here.
