The room was good and had good utility but on the last night our room wasn't cleaned and we had to scavenge around for new towels (because ours were sandy from drying off after the beach) and toilet paper.

Good hotel close to the beach. Friendly staff always ready to help. They keep our luggage safely after check out. Recommend it

Outstanding service for a budget hotel, have stayed in many high-end properties, and specially in Brazil, service is not their forte, however I was pleasantly surprised with the service received at this location, and at an unbeatable price! Kudos to Maria and Bruno! You made my stay even better!!

Small and bad costumer service

Awesome, Glorioso. Benedicto is an excellent guide to the City. I am very happy with the tips, and knowledge he shared about Rio.

Hotel is very well located. Felt safe and was easy to get around copacabana. Room was very basic but comfortable. However, the walls are super thin and I had extremely loud neighbours the first night of my stay that woke me up. Breakfast was good with a varied selection but more should be done to keep flies away from the fruit/cheese station. Overall, it was a good stay.

The people were really friendly. Staff were great. Beds were a little on the stiff side. Could have used a few more cleanings, but overall was worth the price we paid to stay there.

Great location geographically for beach and tourist locations. Rooms have no kettle. staff were always helpful and polite. would use again.

The location was perfect, breakfast was great and a very nice staff. The room could be a little more clean, when I entered there was some sand on the floor but I understood because it's the beach. The people on the room above me were very loud.

I loved it here. the rooms are so comfy with great AC, and it feels like a mini apartment not a hotel (i just wish they had microwaves). The breakfast buffet is nice but the food doesn't taste very good or high quality. the location is 2 steps from the metro and just far enough from the beach that the street is quiet and cozy. I really loved my stay and would come back again!
