Hotel was clean and ideal for a budget stop over.

Had to wait 10min because there was a closing procedure

Typical ibis budget quality but totally ok with it as long as you know there is no hair dryer and the desk is relatively small. Overall 4/5 and nice hotel, plus points for the underground garage which is very good.

Best for short stay trip notthing as much you expect from ibis ...our room we get was dirty and not cleaned..so we had to go down stairs to the reception for get our room to be changed..and breakfast was ok. Not too much parking space around hotel.

The saddest Hotel I have ever seen... Room is a shoe box. There is no full bathroom. The basin is in the room, the toilet is a cubicle and the shower is separate cubicle. Due to covid they were not serving breakfast, but giving guests a paper bag with some bread, butter, jam, apple and a tiny croissant.

Clean and very comfortable room. Breakfast was just perfect for our needs.

Ibis budget is the best bang for your buck, clean, easy and comfortable in a budget, good place!

Church in was efficient, staff were friendly. The room door was difficult to open which was frustrating and the key required several reprogramms. The room has the sink in it, the shower door and the door to the toilet... I haven't seen that before. The bed was so uncomfortable I had you l two really bad nights with very little sleep. The restaurant is very small... breakfast was ok and starts at 5am which is great for the all too common early morning fights.... This is a very cheap hotel on the Basel area, the other option near by was 4 times more expensive.

We paid for parking but when we returned, there were no spots left. They refunded our money, but in my opinion they should have told late comers who wanted parking that no spaces were available instead of us who were there earlier.

Just a bit of confusion as to where the hotel was situated the Railway runs through the centre of Pratteln with the Town on one side and Businesses on the other? Only a 15 minute walk once I got the directions right! Tucked away behind a new Shopping centre ! Very busy hotel ! Warm and friendly , made me welcome, very helpful too!

Hotel is totally fine for the price (in comparison to other Swiss hotels). Staff were friendly when we arrived. Beds are a little closer together, and the bathroom (like in other Ibis Budgets from this era) is a little strange with the open plan design... Separate toilet and shower is good though.

Tiny wc and glass door shower straight into bedroom. So with twin beds that arent separated - make sure you are very friendly with the person you are sharing with. Finally, given Switzerland has its own plug (not EU standard), its a shame they dont combine a few USB outlets.

Bathroom reeked of smoke, shower of urine, hallway of something like curry. Bedding materials not very clean. AC didn't keep the place very cool.
