This one at Bogota is good

Sadly we had a great experince in hostel Viajero Cusco peru. So we assumed we would have the same in Bogota but that wasn’t the case. We booked a private room, it smelled moldy and had a noise like a washing machine going on all night. When we walked in it felt more like walking into a bar then a hostel. The receptionist at our check in was really nice but the next morning at 6 am the receptionist was cranky and unhelpful. I simply asked for an extra key to a two people room and before checking he said he dosnt have one. Then I insisted and he magically found one right infront of him on the desk. We quickly decided it wasn’t the place for us and packed our stuff and left the next morning, at check out they didn’t even bother to ask why we were checking out three nights early. Defnitly more like a loud smelly frat house then a hostel. And the area is unsafe at night, even the taxi driver dropping us off told us to be careful. And we are a Turkish Syrian couple. Not easy to scare if you get me.

Very social/party hostal, they host many events weekly for guests to gather and meet! Staff are incredibly helpful and nice :) Prime location, close to mayor attractions in el Centro. Bed is moderately comfortable, decent blanket. Only downside, my dorm had a lot of mold in the shower ceiling and window area which looked disgusting sadly. Overall though, highly recommend if you want an upbeat social stay in Bogota!

The spa smelled like body odor i left after 10 minutes

My bed and common area have Weird smell.I think it is not good to health.not recommend.

John checked me in and helped me when I lost my watch and Boaz found my wallet and returned it the staff were all friendly and helpful and were fluent in english

This was the greatest experience in Colombia I am very happy I truly suggest staying here staff and other Cisneros all are peaceful and fun

The location is close to the main sites but not safe to walk around at night on your own. There's no restaurants close by. It's VERY LOUD on friday night because there's a big party in the hostel until 1am and you can hear it. The security guard is excellent and friendly and helpful. The reception staff are not that helpful - when asking them questions they didn't seem to know answers or would give you 1 sentence answers that were not helpful .You can't control the AC in your room, you have to whatsapp the reception to do it, and you cannot control the temperature. The spa in the hostel was good, I did a massage. The food at the bar was okay - i had a burger.

Absolutely fantastic, the staff was super helpful and kind. The other travelers I made friends with were so fun, really appreciated the air conditioning in the rooms. Also, 3 steam rooms and 1 sauna included with your reservation were sooooo great for the days when you want to just relax. Absolutely recommend

The service was ok, the food is excellent. But the room has mold, the bed are not comfortable et towel are disgusting. I will not stay there next time. The wifi is very slow speed.

it is an incredible hostel and offers many amenities. Camila and Sarah are incredibly welcoming and it honestly feels like a second home. there is always a smile on all the staffs face and you meet people from all over the world. the only thing id request is to bring back laundry services!!

What a horrible experience. First they gave us a room with a shattered Window. Then they gave us another, we couldn't get the AC to work. Apearently you have to ask them to set it from the main control panel. BUT it didn't work either. The hot pools, are extra charge, which seems very bizzare. Over all I got the feeling that they didn't care about us and it seems to be run by untrained kids.

The experience was very bad. No spa - under construction. (not announced). The breakfast space smells like painting and was poorly presented. . The first room they gave me has no window to the exterior - the second one smelled like sewer. Dont go.

Rooms are very nice and exactly as pictured! The lobby could use a facelift but if you don't plan on spending much time in the lobby it't not a big deal. Staff are nice and free coffee and popcorn are available. Only one real complain is the front door/entrance, when you return at night. It's a bit dark and door is hard to slide open.

I like the spa facilities they offer, however when I booked the room there was no mention of the spa bringing closed until February

When you are traveling you have to make every cent count, unexpected and unsolicited expenses are never nice. This hotel Falsely advertise that the breakfast is included however, upon my arrival, the receptionist was quick to tell me that the breakfast was not included, it would be an additional $60 and it is a nonrefundable reservation although I paid the “insurance offered by CheapTickets”. After arguing back-and-forth and going nowhere because of the language barrier, I decided to call CheapTickets. After almost an hour of expensive international phone calls, I was told I would need to pay for the breakfast and they would reimburse me. However, the reimbursement can take up to 15 days.
